Since the change of management and location, the shop has gone downhill. Reliability is down the drain. I've showed up multiple times to pick up my items and told to come back the next day or they pull it out and work on it right there. Where was this effort over the previous week? This was the last draw. They had my items for nearly 2 weeks. I even had a call after the 9 day mark that the items would be ready on day 10. I had other things going on and showed up on day 13 to pick them up. They were sitting on the floor and I was told they were not ready but would be done at the same time the following day. I showed up today at 3:10 to find the closed sign on the door and could see my item sitting on the floor in the same spot it was when I dropped it off and unfinished. When the door was finally opened, the excuse was made that they're swamped and super busy but there was nobody working and the sign on the door says that after 2pm, no tailor is on duty. The work is fine if they do it but avoid this shop if you're expecting your items to be done in a timely manner. I took my items to another shop that will be done in 3-4 days.

I really want to give them 5 stars but what holds them back is their inaccurate pick up times/timeliness. If they tell you to pick up on Wednesday don't bother, call them 2 or 3 days later and ask them if it's complete. Once they confirm it's done THEN go in and pick up your order. Too many times I've been told "Wednesday at noon it'll be done". That day will come and I'll go in to pick up my order only to be told "it's not done, come back before close". So I come back before close and it's still not done. A couple days later the order is finally ready. As long as you're in no rush to get your order and are willing to wait for good work, I'd recommend Tailor-Maid. If you need something more basic in a timely manner I'd recommend Young's Tailor.

OMG. You guys. My…read moreold OK Sew Co review is just for silly old jeans. I wanted to update my review for a recent, amazing update I had done to a dress. Here's some background: I love Johnny Was. It is my favorite brand. I don't buy it often because it is expensive, but I scour for sales, and I always end up getting 1-2 pieces per year. This year, so far, I have bought four pieces because sales have been insane. I bought an amazing dress on sale from Neiman's online this spring, but it was a full size too big and way too long. I needed several changes: the arms shortened, the whole bottom shortened (but replaced with the original bottom piece because of the way the dress kicks out at the bottom) and it needed to be taken in everywhere. Natalie came to the house, and as she was pinning, I started to realize what an undertaking it would be. The end result is phenomenal. I love it even more than I thought I would. I think my favorite thing is that she added a drawstring so I can tighten it at the waist. Even after spending hours on my dress, she took the time to add a wonderful detail: to the ends of the drawstrings, she added some of the embroidery from what she had taken off. It was some absolutely amazing attention to detail and I was so thankful for the time she put in overall. I found the pricing and turnaround time both incredibly reasonable for what I needed done. I also appreciate Natalie for being so patient with my daughter (an extra extrovert who never gets to see humans anymore). Natalie was so attentive to and patient with her, even though it is not in the job description to dote on wordy four year olds. I know everyone always wants Laura, but Natalie is amazing. I will request her from now on because she is so talented.

Thank you, Natalie for the alterations on a few of my bridesmaids dresses!! Honestly, the whole process was so simple and stress-free. I highly recommend!

I have never had any problem with something not being properly cleaned and everybody has always came across as friendly. Not to mention I think they are a few dollars cheaper on my 4 suits when I need them cleaned. BEWARE OF DAMAGED CLOTHES AND UNACCOUNTABLE OWNERS!…read more I've been using rodeo cleaners for at least 10 years. The service has really only been mediocre, but they were close. Clothes sometimes had to be returned because they weren't cleaned properly or still had stains. Friends and family reported receiving the wrong clothes, having their clothes given to another, or having clothes damaged. But, for the most part, the staff was polite during that time. My post today is motivated by a decision changing experience that I had with Rodeo's owners. I took a uniform shirt to be tailored. Not only did they fail to do it properly, and I had to take it back with a template to give them a guide, but they damaged the shirt, leaving a hole in it. I was told management would call, but they didn't in a week's time, so I went back. I was told my shirt was at a different location, and I needed to go there to get it. When I did talk with the owners, they raised their voices, interrupted me, and doubled teamed me with limited English speaking participants in the conversation. I pointed out the hole and asked them to repair it, and they made a litany of excuses for why it wasn't their responsibility. They insisted there was no way they could have caused the hole and that it was the result of wear and tear. Then, they told me I must have picked up the wrong shirt. I jumped through several hoops to demonstrate why it was their responsibility, including pointing out that the employee who took the shirt did not note damage when I brought it in and left it there. The fact that the hole was not documented on their entry form when I left the garment with them. I brought another shirt so he could compare to another garment. They accused me of lying, they accused me of causing the hole myself, they accused me of taking the wrong shirt, and they refused to replace it, even though it was a measly $115 to replace it. Remembwr, thia is a uniform... a requirement garment for employment and expensive. Additionally, the owner, whose name is Michael, insisted that I go to smalls claims court in order to recuperate the cost of replacing my garment and then bragged about the fact that he didn't charge me for the damaged garment. Now before you think that I'm just an angry customer. Who's writing this review to get back at the company... Well, I am angry. I entrusted my property to a business, they ruined it, and refused to take responsibility. They do not deserve a professional reputation after this encounter. However, more importantly, I'm sharing this information because I believe consumers should stand up for each other. I chose this business time and again over others and received subpar to terrible customer service. I want to warn anyone that uses Rodeo Cleaners or plans to use them in the future that this is the kind of service that you will experience. Not just from their employees, but from the owners. Check your clothes foing in and out! Taking pictures might be a good idea. What I saw in this experience, which took two weeks for me to accept that they would not do the right thing, was a lack of integrity, a lack of compassion, and a lack of accountability. So, I encourage you to beware that if you decide to use rodeo cleaners, you're likely to experience the same thing. Such character traits are rarely a one time event. I also urge you to communicate, through your purchasing decisions, to businesses- even small businesses- that you insist on good customer service and honest dealing when you spend your money.
