OK, but not thrilled since it looks bad. I do't wear these boots too often since I have several pairs. i just noticed they also scraped the leather with the stitcher on the same boot. The leather is actually a little thinner now in this spot. The scrape runs parallel to the welt in an area where normal wear would not cause the scrape. In addition, the scrape shows up in a picture I took immediately after the resole. It appears they covered up the scrape with brown polish or another shoe product. They did not mention any of the issues when the boots were picked up by a family member that lives near Peoria. Do not recommend, and I will not use them again.

A shop out of Springfield IL was recommended to us. That company turned our burgundy sofas purple! (Barney the dinosaur purple - and I'm not exaggerating.) That company would not make it right!
