In May of 2022, we met with Rusty Wekseth of Rusty's Construction to talk about a garage build. We…read morehave needed a new garage for many years. We agreed that we would buy the building supplies and pay him to do the build. The agreement was it would be done before winters arrival. We stayed in touch with him when secured the loan and he told us to let him know when the supplies arrived. We had our old garage removed and a new concrete slab poured in preparation. July 2022 we got all but the trusses. Sept. 1, 2022 the trusses arrived. Rusty kept telling us he needed a couple more weeks before he could start. These replies went on for weeks and months he never showed up. He kept saying he would be here and then not show when he was expected. In October I voiced my concerns about storing $20k+ worth of building materials for the winter and again was assured it would get done. He never came. In January, he told me he thought someone else did the build for us even though he knew we were waiting on him. Eventually he quit returning messages all together. Fast forward to April 2023. We found a new builder but he discovers a problem with the concrete and we're put on hold until the ground thaws. 10+ months later, we finally have a garage just about finished and Rusty Wekseth has never once contacted us. DO NOT USE THIS MAN TO BUILD FOR YOU. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!

I contacted Perrault & was told the roof is out of warranty & they were not willing to make it right or re- nail the shingles properly. I will not do business with this company again!
