The front staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and the teachers are exceptional in every way. They are nurturing, patient, engaging and you can tell that they really love what they do. My girls are excited for school every morning and even more excited to tell me everything they did and learned at pick up. My husband and I are so thankful for everyone at the school because they've been instrumental in the growth of our children. We love our little PCA family!

As we walked towards the front door, the side door swung open and this woman said come drop your kids off in here. We headed into that classroom and the teacher was alone with six kids and a TV show playing. The kids were of all ages ranging from infant to six years old. (Mix of ages...odd) We walked in confused asking where their classrooms were and the lady said just drop them off in here I'm not sure where any of the teachers are they must be all running late...Very concerned and worried about our children's safety, another child decides to open the side door, attempting to leave the building and the teacher ran after her with an infant in her hand. Finally the room was filled with 16 kids and one adult, carrying two infants in her hands. My husband was chasing after our son because he saw that he can open the side door and leave. Another teacher finally showed up and apologize for being late. Still, we were confused where the placement of our children would be since all age groups were stuck in one classroom. These ladies just kept saying everyone is late, I don't know what else to say but sorry? I understand they were apologetic but who is watching our children!? I was in shock. The woman carrying two infants in her hands said that she would be our daughter's teacher and to follow her to the classroom. She told me that she had no clue it was our daughters first day and that she wasn't prepared so she has to go find a crib and get it ready for our daughter's nap time. She kept saying don't blame me, talk to the owner!! Like what!? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone at this point. The whole situation from the ratio of the children per teacher and the lack of safety in this facility is alarming. A father and his son walked in from the back door, which was clearly unlocked meaning that any individual, including a gunman (god forbid), could walk in and harm the children. When the owner, Danielle, arrived finally, my husband and I greeted her with concern and she said everyone is late, if you're uncomfortable I don't know what to tell you. When, in fact, it most definitely is her problem when the ratio is off and they're mixing age groups packed in one room. Six year olds with infants is not OK. She was rude and condescending, and honestly had no care for the children's safety or our concern. From the start she was super rude and nonchalant about the chaos. I went to go register them at another preschool and headed back to pick them up. I walked in and the owner just stared at me with a smirk. I said I'm here to get my children. She rolled her eyes and said "I figured." I can't believe she has the audacity to speak to parents in this tone and manner. I went to go get my daughter and she was passed out on the swing? Not even a crib. An infant was shaking a formula bottle with milk splatting all over them; another one crawling to get out of the door!!! Still just one teacher with all these infants. Another teacher walks in behind me with a pancake in her hand and picks up a baby. Wth is going on!? The owner went to go grab my son and dropped him off in the infant room while I was trying to grab my daughter and all her stuff. So again, allowing the mix of ages, she allowed my toddler son inside of the infant room and he's running around with his shoes on and babies crawling everywhere. Does she have no sense??? I can't believe a preschool like this is in Parkland. It's chaotic. No one knows where the teachers are. The kids are able to just walk through the side door and let themselves out. The ratio is RIDICULOUS. (The owner brought this up and said I'm not breaking any laws, our ratio is fine... lol) I would steer CLEAR of this madhouse.

Words are not enough to describe how grateful we are to this preschool…read more From the moment we walked in to tour the facility, Kim, the director made us feel welcomed and took her time to show us everything and go over every single question we had. She is always quick to answer you by phone or email and you never have to pray that she gets back to you. We enrolled our baby when she was barely 13 months old and this was her very first preschool ever, she was not walking yet. In just 5 short months with this school, she has learned to walk, sit and stay seated, do baby signs, say thank you and please, and, most importantly, go from very scared, sad and shy to a completely confident, happy, excited toddler and a social butterfly! The teachers are amazing and truly love what they do. They made her feel loved and safe and gave her room to fully blossom from day 1. We felt fully comfortable knowing our little girl was in good care. After a short transition, our girl looked forward to being in her favorite teacher's arms each morning and play with her new friends. From day one, everyone will know your baby's name, there is an efficient check-in system at the door that only authorized providers have the code for to pickup or drop off your child. You will get photo updates every day, and a daily report that tells you about their day, what they did, what they developed and eating. They also do monthly activities to foster a sense of community with the parents and children like hat parade, making, bird houses etc. They provide healthy, made fresh meals every day (for a fee) and you get to see the menu and know exactly what is served each day. There are 5 teachers in the toddler room and the teachers here have a very low turnover rate so you and your child will get to know them well. We drove 3 hours each day to go to this facility and will do it again in a heartbeat if the closer school to us is not a good fit. Thank you so much to Kathy, Daliza, Alexis, Estephania, Tamiesha, Janna, Christine, Tanesha and Kim for everything that they do and have done for us. If you are looking for a positive, nurturing and caring environment for your child to thrive, this is the place to be. Not only is the facility beautiful inside and outside but the quality of care is truly outstanding!

The curriculum is up to date with modern technology, the teachers make it a priority to treat your child with love and patience, and the atmosphere in the school is a dream. My family and I moved 45 min North, and we pulled our children out to be closer to our new home. Worst decision ever. The new preschool up north didn't give our children half the amount of respect and time when playing with them, teaching them and building such a beautiful relationship that Chesterbrook did. We pulled them out and transferred them back into Chesterbrook Academy the following week. There is no drive time that would stop us from coming here! Highly recommend! We love you

It is my understanding that VPK programs are designed to provide equal access to early education for all children, regardless of their background or special needs. Imposing additional fees based on a child's disability appears to be discriminatory and contrary to the principles of inclusivity and equal opportunity. If you have a child who has any learning disabilities or on the spectrum please do not enroll them in this location. They are very unprofessional. I called the vpk office in Tallahassee and reported them, charging extra for a child who is on the spectrum is discriminatory and not legal. also no one on the staff team is trained to teach any children with learning disabilities, so if your looking to help your child and prepare them for Kindergarten this is not the place.

I pulled out my child after a 3 days trying this school. It looks everything fine just at the first look. The teachers treats kids very bad, they are really mean. Nobody cares about them. Even the owner. They don't help and encourage kids to eat, my baby complained twice that her tummy hurts, after I was taking her home and said mommy feed me. It's really sad because they ask us to provide food and snacks for them and the lunch box it wasn't even touched. This school is closing at 6 pm. One day I went there to take all the staffs that remained, and it was 5.45 and all the teachers were gone already, except one, witch it wasn't my child's teacher,In the hallway were running 3 kids without any supervision, then that teacher that was there came and put them all three on the hallway chair and waiting for the parents to come to pick them up. CRAZY ! This is not allowed, the kids are supposed to stay in the class until their parents come to pick them up. What if the parent has some questions about his child at the end of the day ? And his teacher is not there to answer all the questions. The teacher has to report to the parent everything what happened during the whole day. No Organization Nothing ! They can't wait to go home asap. Plus the front desk said that in the class are 2 teachers to 21 kids, in fact there is only one at a time . Everyone has different shifts/ time to come in. If one teacher is coming the other one is leaving. And of course one person can't handle 21 kids. It's insane. It's a big mess going on there. Every day I was tightening my child's hair like ponytail and i was putting hair clips also to hold her hair away from her eyes. Every time I was taking her home , the hair clips and tights were gone / lost. I was asking the teacher where are all her hair staff? She was saying: I don't know, I don't know and slowly was closing the door just to get rid of me faster. All her hair was in front of her eyes, with this success she can loose her vision Another day after picking up my child , I have noticed that her left foot, one of the fingers was stuck out of the shoe, at least for 2 hours ( during nap time ) all the nap time she didn't sleep, she cried, I saw her crying through the window when came to pick her up. At that time the teacher was doing nothing just sitting on her chair. She walked out of her bed to the door like that. When I saw it The finger was completely red, crooked. And I brought this child here completely healthy, but when u tAke them home U take them with different issues/ health problems. This is not a safe place for kids. Even though In the contract and their website it says and they promise that they will provide the best care. ITS NOT TRUE !! All this problems I complained to the owner ANKUR AGARWAL , and guess what he answered me.... He said: You're completely crazy, making all this stories. Yes, of course ,I have nothing to do all day, and I'm inventing stories like that.... The owner has no education at all , he's talking really ugly and disrespectful. His business is all about money. They don't care about your complaints and what happened to your child. So stay away from this degraded place !

We actually started at a different preschool in 2016 with our oldest child, and had a very difficult experience there. Finding this school afterward was honestly the best thing that could have happened to our family. Our oldest child finished here, our middle child then started here (while still in diapers in the youngest class), and now our daughter has done the same and is graduating VPK, having learned and grown so much this year! The academic curriculum is outstanding, and the teachers and staff genuinely pour their hearts into everything they do. Beyond academics, what truly makes this school so special is the loving, nurturing, and familial environment they create for the children each day. The students also learn life skills, language skills, and even gardening, and extracurricular activities such as karate, dance, and soccer are offered as well. This school has been such a meaningful part of our children's early years, and we are truly sad to say goodbye. We are beyond grateful for the love, care, and dedication shown to our family over the years.
