The classes they have offer a variety of movements for the varying needs and lifestyles of their clients. I have done gentle flow and more vinyasa style on separate occasions and always felt like the teacher was attentive to each person there, yet I was getting exactly what I needed! The prenatal yoga is probably the best in town. And I say probably because I was so fulfilled each class, I never felt the need to go anywhere else. Lori Fenner leads an amazing class that helps momma and baby connect in such a powerful and unique way. My recovery since childbirth has been great because of the combination of prenatal yoga and all of the acupuncture Amy Arreygue was providing during the last two months of my pregnancy. I went weekly and swore by it. Helped so much with the anxiety of the last hump before the baby arrives. I always feel so peaceful leaving her office. She is knowledgable on integrating healthy habits into your daily life (diet, stretching, qi gong, etc). Shelby Snyder is also an amazing therapist there. Her massages send you into another world. When you come back to earth, your body feels so refreshed and taken care of. She is very attentive and intuitive to the needs of her clients. She is one of the only therapists my husband has felt comfortable with and enjoyed the massage. To sum it up, this place is the business! Super friendly and positive. Their involvement in their immediate community of clients/friends and the greater parts of Modesto is highly important to them. Thankfully there was someone sitting next to her who was able to answer all my questions and make me feel that she actually cared. I paid a lot of money for the tests that Karen felt needed to be done which is fine but the wait to go over the results is ridiculous! The test in themselves take around 3 weeks to get back the results and then your put on a waitlist to make an appointment to go over the results. In the meantime time is just passing by and you're suffering with no answers! They need a better system for appointments to go over results. We pay all this money and it just feels like we're put on the back burner while waiting for an appointment.

This was my first time trying acupuncture. My left side (back and neck) have been miserable for a…read morecouple of weeks. Not sure if it's from sleeping, the gym, golf or all of the above, but ibuprofen and Tylenol haven't helped nor has my handheld massager at home. A massage helped a little but I wanted to try something different to see if I could get relief quicker. Dr. Saleh is very knowledgeable and personable. He's quick with placing the needles, so before I knew it all needles were in, the tens machine was hooked up and I laid on the table for 30 minutes that way. He finished the treatment with a machine that helped break up the knots. All in all the treatment helped, but will require a couple more visits to ultimately fix my issue. If you are like me and a little apprehensive to try acupuncture, it's not bad at all and Dr. Saleh is great! Do it!

It's practically impossible to obtain an appointment with your primary care physician in a timely manner, always 6-9 months out! Now apparently you cannot be seen in the office for the same issue within a 2 week window. But after finding out they have 2,500 patients per doctor I will be finding a new primary care doctor. I am consistently rushed during appointments and not heard at all. Pushing more medication at me that I don't want, I want resolutions not the pain masked! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE! I will however agree that Dr. Blu is absolutely amazing and it's a shame she's working at this office. Would love to change her to my primary care physician, but after my last experience I really am not comfortable remaining a patient there.
