Voytek was our wedding photographer back in 2015, and we had such an incredible experience with him, we asked him to do a "dog-focused" family photoshoot for us. I was feeling pretty nervous for most of the morning, but Voytek's demeanor put me at ease. He was so organized, and I never had to worry about anything! He made us so comfortable and made us laugh at all the right moments. He was hilarious! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer! He left such a wonderful impression for us that I had no doubts who I wanted to photograph our first "family" photoshoot. Lynsey and Voytek arrived on time, and were so creative, flexible, and thoughtful about posing and staging us in our own home. They constantly made us laugh, and encouraged us to relax, have fun, and let loose. We loved that they encouraged us to "get weird." This review is about 3 years overdue, and Voytek and his wife, Lynsey deserve more than 20 stars if only I could rate them that high on Yelp... We have had the pleasure of being photographed by Voytek for our engagement photos, wedding photos, and recently, our family photos with our soon to be 2 year old son. This should prove that we don't trust anyone but him to shoot our pictures for the rest of our lives!!! Their talent is remarkable and just doesn't compare. They make the awkward moments of taking pictures so much fun! #trusttheprocess Teaching us how to pose and just being down to earth, holding normal conversations just to capture the utmost beautiful candid pictures I could ever imagine. They have just been so accommodating, from flying to SF, driving to LA, and spending almost the whole afternoon with us while we did our best to entertain a toddler for family pics! I wish I could give more details, but the pictures I have left as examples represent their unbelievable eye for everlasting moments captured in photos that we will have for the rest of our lives ! Voytek and Lynsey were the absolute best choice we could have ever made as our wedding photographers! They were so easy to work with and did photos for our engagement, rehearsal dinner, and wedding, and even came out to California one extra time during August 2020 for our mini-ceremony during COVID. And even better, all the photos are GORGEOUS! They even got some adorable ones with our puppy Carmen. Voytek is such an artist and knows how to take really unique, vibrant, fun photos, and Lynsey basically helped us plan our entire wedding schedule and was SO helpful on the wedding day in addition to taking photos -- it was almost like having another wedding coordinator with us and made us feel so comfortable the entire time. WOW!! Voytek was our photographer for our engagement shoot and our wedding. The pictures could not be any more gorgeous and the entire experience of working with him was flawless. They are a team that goes the extra mile to make sure that things turn out smoothly on the day of the event. You & I Photography, Lynsey and Voytek are the absolute best! Voytek was there for our engagement shoot, the day of our wedding and all of the planning questions in between. We were very thankful that You & I Photography was available when our wedding was postponed from April to October 2020 due to COVID. Lynsey and Voytek traveled to our southern California wedding from Utah and handled it like the pros they are.
