As I am a trusting person I paid him up front after we had discussed the work that he would undertake. I returned home from work on the day that we had agreed that he would tidy my garden to find what could only be described as a bombsite! Half of the work that he had said he would do had not been done, and the 'work' that he had done was a complete mess! He also left the garden waste, which he said that he would take away, strewn all over the garden. When I tried to contact him he just ignored my calls, eventually blocking my number. I have called at the above address but there are electronic gates at this property and nobody ever answered the intercom. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional, I would recommend that you avoid this unsavoury individual like the plague!

They have transformed my neglected garden so well I get loads of remarks about it now. I am disabled somewhat and they are kindness itself. Paul always lets me know when he is enroute so if I have to rest in bed I can leave him instructions in the conservatory. I am DELIGHTED with this form's service.

We actually made a mistake with one of the door sizes -- totally our fault -- but when we called up, Frankie was incredibly helpful. She walked us through the options, helped us get the correct size sorted quickly, and made what could've been a bit of a headache feel easy. The doors arrived well packaged, on time, and looked exactly as described. They also gave some helpful tips on how to store and treat them properly before fitting -- really appreciated that, especially since we had a bit of a delay with the joiner. Everything's now fitted and looks great. Solid quality, smooth service, and proper customer care -- would definitely recommend.
