On top of that, my rent increases every year, and there are random additional fees that are never clearly explained. While I truly love the townhouse itself, I am choosing to leave solely because dealing with this company has been such a nightmare. On the rare occasion you do get someone to return your calls or follow up they are rude and completely unhelpful.I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
