The taxi was coming around the corner for 35 mins as apparently it was seconds away? Yes because that makes sense doesn't it!!! Shame that the only thing good about the company was the helpful driver! And the traffiic was free flowing so can't be fobbed off as that for an excuse!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I booked a trip through the website and received a…read moreconfirmation number. At trip time two hours later and with no taxi in sight, I logged in to see that trip was canceled. I called the dispatcher who confirmed. My complaint it that I received neither a call or a text that the trip was canceled. I know the company has my number as I received a confirmation code via text when registering. Basic customer service here, folks. Additionally, their dispatch system should be updated to show that no vehicles are available when you try to book, no different then a hotel website saying no rooms are available at a given date.
