They are now treating ME like the scumbag, because the insurance company won't take anything after 180 days. She'll patronize you and and be dismissive and do what she wants anyways despite your concerns. But it's worse than bed side manor. I stopped going after she left my teeth in worse condition than when I started. I went to two other dentists since then and both told me it would cost over $20K in braces and other dental work to fix it. I have been so bummed about dentist and afraid to go to any more. Many doctors said that my front teeth were hopeless, the only thing I could do is to replace them with braces. One doctor suggested that I see Dr. Zhang for the last hope. At that time, I'm over 50 years old. I don't have much confidence. To my surprise, Dr Zhang said she could straighten my teeth and my teeth might be saved. Dr. Zhang was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of my treatment plan in detail. Her attention to detail and precision were remarkable. Furthermore I didn't experience pain when I first got braces and after brace tightening, only a mild discomfort. Thanks to Dr. Zhang's expertise, my teeth are now beautifully aligned, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My teeth are healthy after more than 10 years passed.
