I entered the shop to buy a Mophie case for my iPhone 6. I first looked around to see I could find one.
Then I asked one of the staff if could buy one. He reluctantly stopped looking at his computer screen and just said "we don't have it".
As a customer, I would have expected a more elaborate answer like: "I'm sorry, we don't have this article, however please let me check if/when it will be available". Is this too much to ask?
I tried to ask more questions and the only answers I got was: "I don't know".
I know one thing for sure... I'll never go back to that shop. read more
