As a first-time parent navigating our very first urgent care visit with a 10-month-old, I came in…read morefeeling so nervous. The moment I walked through the doors, I immediately felt relieved. The environment is incredibly baby-friendly, complete with fun animal decorations and statues that kept my little one entertained and happy while we waited. The entire intake process was smooth and efficient--from signing in electronically to being called back to see the doctor. Every single person on staff made us feel cared for, safe, and truly listened to. The facility was spotless, and the clinical team was attentive and thorough. They seamlessly handled everything from the diagnosis to sending in our prescription, and they even offered a doctor's note for daycare without me having to ask. This was easily the most seamless and comforting medical experience we've had. PM Pediatrics will definitely be my go-to for any future urgent care needs!

Thankfully, there was no wait at all and the waiting area was completely empty--which was unusual because this location is typically pretty busy. The doctor came in and asked my son a few questions to assess what type of treatment he needed, since he fell and hit his elbow. Grateful nothing was broken or sprained. It was definitely nice to be in and out without spending a long time waiting. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience!

Village Pediatric Group - I respect religion/the right to personal beliefs. I don't want religion mixed in with my daughter's strep test.

It's too bad about the wait time. It's true. The trick is to get the first available if possible -…read moreeither in the AM or right after lunch. Even then, you will have to count on waiting. HOWEVER THAT SAID - I love Dr. Heather McGowan. She is the only reason why I would wait (much as it kills me). Because she doesn't rush you, and she listens. We share the same philosophy which is about allowing your body to heal and not be too alarmist about life. She is open to new ideas and very supportive. She doesn't frown or make judgments and make you feel bad about your choices. In fact, she works with you as much as you can. She is very respectful and I really love taht about her. I have two kids and she is my fourth pediatrician and I'm glad I found her. Everyone else before were either dismissive, holier than thou or made you feel bad if you asked too many questions. UPDATE Since I wrote this review I have brought my daughters in to see Dr. Cinnante as well. She is wonderful and extremely caring, taking the time to listen to you and work with you. She even follows up with you on issues pro-actively which is unheard of today. She makes me and my children feel like human beings, rather than a record in their customer database. I love the fact that she is a D.O.

Jesus is not my savior. I respect religion and the right to personal beliefs. I do not want religion mixed in with my daughter's strep test. When I was still thinking about this the next day, I called the office to let them know I found this offensive. The staff doctor I spoke to said that staff is "allowed to believe in God" and that I was making an issue where there isn't one. I disagree with that assessment but do agree that I am free to take my children to a pediatric practice where religion is left out of the equation.

We feel beyond lucky to have then helping us with our newborn. Dr. Stephen is AMAZING, refreshing,…read moregentle but thorough, intuitive... and pretty darn funny, he's always a relief and an encouragement to see. We've had plenty of first time parent concerns and he's tackled them all super timely and with a way of explaining things that calms us and gives us more confidence every time. And we were amazed with Katie, the Lactation Consultant. she has decades of experience, she CHANGED our world!! we brought in our 5 day old baby and she completely turned me around with her knowledge base. I brought him in with me and nursed him with her help so that she could observe. She reframed so much of what the hospital told me generically and tailored it to me and our son based on how and what she saw. and she was spot on! he was happier, less frustrated and trusted me to read his cues correctly and get what he needed. it was an instant fix, I can't get enough of her!! She makes herself available by phone too if tou can't make it to her in person. She and Dr. Stephen are in this with you every step, honestly we couldn't have asked for more caring human beings to help guide us.

My kids LOVE going to the dr. They literally ask to go. Even if there are shots involved they like being there. When the heck does that ever happen? Dr. Nikki is more than a doctor. She is someone my 13 year old daughter looks up to and my 7 year old son wants to marry. I trust her and when it comes to your kids that is something you need to have for peace of mind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
