From the kind and diligent Bianca greeting you warmly at the front desk to Maria efficiently and expertly handling paperwork to the amazing Viktoria who assists Dr Parakh in every aspect of patient care - you will be in the finest, most attentive hands. Pre and Post surgery, Viktoria was my contact (though the one time I needed to reach Dr Parakh after hours, she replied in minutes) through text, phone and email. Viktoria responded immediately to my many questions and if she didn't know an answer, she found out from the doctor and got back to me as soon as humanly possible. Not only did I have NO pain from the surgery (I never needed, nor took a pain killer after the first day) but I had no impact from the anesthesia, allowing me to rapidly recover.
