TOURIST TRAP. Just don't go there. It's not a real church they just put up a poorly performed show…read morewith twenty local elderly persons possibly taken from a retirement home. They ask you to pay 10 dollars to hold your backpack in a completely insecure hall and they explain that it's a real service so we are supposed to stay until the end to avoid to disturb the attending believers. Nevertheless most of the attendance is composed by tourists and they are constantly entering in the "church" even while the priest is talking. At a specific moment they ask everybody to standup and to walk in a circle throughout the whole church and reach some baskets with a suggested offering of 10 dollars each person. It's a completely fake show just to raise some money from the tourists. Please, don't go there.

This is a no frills kind of church, you get fed spiritually and the worship is great too. I like the fact that they have a midweek bible study. They have a children and teen ministry as well. road to 2016#3…read more **Bronx review** Rehoboth church of God in Christ is where I grew up, this place was the reason why I am so humble today I truly learned alot coming to this church every sunday. from bible study learning about the true messages and the stories behind it I applied these things to way I live my life today and I truly value my time here. I recently went back on new years eve to self reflect on myself and as well plan my year of 2016. so lets get into my recent visit here! "renovations" from the last time I was in church it was very old fashion and desperately needed a makeover and that's exactly what they did!!! they remodeled the kitchens, bathroom, each level to this building (this building is 3 complete floors) and its very refreshing and welcoming now for new people to come and check this church out. this church offers a lot of fun positive activities for the community for kids and adults alike to come and have a good and positive time. "activities" this church offers family movie days, breakfast and lunch for the community, and as well sports outings for the community kids to get them off the streets so they can have something to work towards at. overall: being at this church truly you understand why life is so beautiful, so appreciate life each day and share that same love with the next person.

It's a cool thing actually, because it gives area residents a chance to chat it up and it gives the babies the opportunity to chill out and check out other babies. Open to all, so even if you're not Jewish they'll be happy to have you. The staff was very, very nice, and some of the people were too. Though, there were a few Scarsdale ladies who obviously thought they were the second coming of Sheba, there to to be lavished with praise and attention from us peons. Ugh.
