This is a no frills kind of church, you get fed spiritually and the worship is great too. I like the fact that they have a midweek bible study. They have a children and teen ministry as well. Also, the pastor his wife, and the congregation are very welcoming (which oddly is a rarity). Give it a try if your looking for a church, you won't be disappointed.

road to 2016#3…read more **Bronx review** Rehoboth church of God in Christ is where I grew up, this place was the reason why I am so humble today I truly learned alot coming to this church every sunday. from bible study learning about the true messages and the stories behind it I applied these things to way I live my life today and I truly value my time here. I recently went back on new years eve to self reflect on myself and as well plan my year of 2016. so lets get into my recent visit here! "renovations" from the last time I was in church it was very old fashion and desperately needed a makeover and that's exactly what they did!!! they remodeled the kitchens, bathroom, each level to this building (this building is 3 complete floors) and its very refreshing and welcoming now for new people to come and check this church out. this church offers a lot of fun positive activities for the community for kids and adults alike to come and have a good and positive time. "activities" this church offers family movie days, breakfast and lunch for the community, and as well sports outings for the community kids to get them off the streets so they can have something to work towards at. overall: being at this church truly you understand why life is so beautiful, so appreciate life each day and share that same love with the next person.

Pastor Ray is a faith-filled man (awesome in example), who delivers the Word of God in a very simple, yet impactful, & relatable way. His preaching encourages, inspires, & leads the congregation to desire more closeness to God, & to aspire to grow in faith & trust in Him. In hearing, you are not only moved by what you hear, but motivated to walk in faith, applying the Word of God to your life & to your circumstances. I love Living Word Church, & the Word of God preached over the years by Pastor Ray, has been such a blessing in my life that I can't even describe. It's always the right word that you need to hear for the season that you're in, & that has to be God's power working & speaking through our pastor. It's a huge blessing from the very first day & continues on; like Christ, it never disappoints. Thank You, Lord. :)
