They called me stupid, I didn't know what I was talking about and that I needed to do my homework when I asked for the sensor lights to be fixed and other safety issues. They spoke Spanish to the finance company of which I didn't understand and the price of the car went up by at least $3,000.00 without my knowing it when I got the bill of sales 2 weeks later from the finance company. I was there from 10:00 am until closing (sick and just wanted to go home). Salesman went home before I did because he took someone else to sell a car to and I had to find someone else to help me. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. The oil was leaking so badly that the engine was smoking and we took it to a closer mechanic the day after purchase and were advised not to drive it because it could blow up on the road. We now have to have it towed to our primary mechanic for repairs, again, the day after purchasing from Reliable Auto Sales who touts themselves to be a mechanic too. Had I put my 18 month old son in this car and taken him on the road we could have ended up in an accident or worse. I am astounded that they assured me they sell family vehicles that are safe and this was not safe at all. It was not pretty but we didn't buy it for the cosmetics we bought it for the function and I am so disappointed that it is already undrivable. This is why used car dealers get the reputation they have.
