He was recommended by several people to us and i'm so happy we went with him. What he made was absolutely incredible. My husband and I tend to be hard to please, we like to eat at Michelin Star restaurants and are huge foodies so we wanted something a bit less traditional and something very special. Yonatan was incredibly professional, personable, and came in with a team leaving our kitchen the same way when he came into it. My friends and I hired Yonatan to cater a small birthday for my sister. We had agreed on a menu and a few specific items. But what he actually prepared and served wasn't remotely close to what we discussed. When we asked about it he was extremely rude and aggravated which is alarming. Yonatan cooked for 12 at my house for my husband's birthday dinner and it was fantastic. He's so at ease at every point of the planning that my neurotic self was a bit anxious, but everything turned out perfectly. To start we had beef tartare with quail egg and truffle salt and a tuna tartare dish to die for. Next came an amazing octopus tentacle PERFECTLY cooked. I've only had octopus this tender in Greece. Our last course was a filet mignon with an espresso rub and a dark espresso sauce. Not only was the meat cooked perfectly and paired beautifully with the sauce, but the portion was HUGE. We had a whole other meal of filet mignon the next night! Yonatan (and the assistant he brought) were very sweet and so on top of their game. Thanks, Yonatan, for making our night so special. Yonatan and his crew rocked tonight! Everyone was soooooo nice and friendly! Food was exquisite and yummy! All the guests were impressed and can't stop eating and taking photos! Oh my gosh ! Where do I begin ??? So I had a special dinner to plan for my daughter's and my birthdays which are only a few days away from each other. It was all so colorful and beautifully arranged on the plates, that looking at it all was a sight to behold, but experiencing it in your mouth was a whole other level of euphoria !
