Friends came here for spring break and recommended hibachi with ribeye steak and scallops. It was delicious. The plate had the ribeye steak cooked the way you like it. The vegetables were stir fried zucchini and onions. All in the same sauce and with fried rice. Also comes with soup and salad but they ran out of salad. They had a back room with a hibachi grill. They had a counter for sushi that you could watch them make. All in all good place to come and enjoy the food. Will be back next time back in town.

We sat down there/ordered are 2:55 and got our food at 3:35. I order the Sushi smoked salmon cream cheese avocado (was ok, pretty small roll, no sauce not too flavorful). I also ordered the Hibachi ribeye chicken and shrimp. (Tasted more like beef rice than fried rice). Ordered Starry but it was Sierra Mist because that always tastes like dirt to me.

I was really surprised, but I feel like the hibachi was pretty on par with some of the places in Knoxville. Mind you, I only got the hibachi veggies so it's possible the meats aren't as good, but I really enjoyed what I got. The rice is probably not as good as you get at a sit-down hibachi place, but it was still good. And you get a sizeable portion of shrimp sauce, which is also delicious! The price is reasonable, though pretty close to what you'd pay at a sit-down place; I feel that food trucks often have a bit of a markup. I would return!
