That isn't much of a difference but it's the principle. The cashier should've known given that she was the one who got my order and rang me up. It wasn't busy at all, so there was no rush and no excuses. Never going there again. Update: just got home and went through the carnitas. This is the first time it has ever been THIS DRY. The cook would help deliver the cooked food as well and help with customers if he wasn't cooking. The owner was apologetic about the slower service, but in actuality, it wasn't bad. As for the food, we ordered our usual, the Picanha Steak Platter (feeds 2-4 people) which is our favorite and over the best deal. Unfortunately in the past 2 years the price has gone up by about $20 (currently $70.99), but is still a great deal for 5 steaks on a sizzling platter (cooked to the doneness you want), rice and beans.
