Perfect ratio of meat, cheese, sauce and fries with a small number of limp fries (no one likes a wet, limp fry). We ordered so much food. We'll be eating BBQ all weekend. We got a pound of brisket. This was smart because damn, it's delicious! I love that they cut it thick. Its perfectly smoked and not too fatty, though they also sell a moister brisket too. We got a full rack of pork ribs too! This is a lot, but also absolutely phenomenal taste and chew! Perfectly smoked! We got potato salad, coleslaw and beans. All fantastic and at an affordable price. We couldn't pass up the cobbler and got both the peach and the bourbon pecan cobblers. The bean and cheese burrito was super cheesy but a bit smaller compared to most bean and cheese burritos served around here. I'd definitely come back for the tacos and would love to try some of the other meats.
