When looking for places nearby, I initially dismissed this place due to prices. However, they have a lunch special until 17:00-- appetizer, sushi + maki plate, main (either chicken curry or veggie yakisoba), and supposedly a dessert for 16€. Given how expensive things are in Ibiza, this seemed like a pretty sweet deal, so against my better judgment and some reviews, we decided to give the place a try. The location is nice, with all the seating in an outdoor cover area right next to the ocean. We ordered the cheapest bottle of wine (around 12€, gotta save money somewhere), which was chilled next to our table. However, the servers never came to re-pour our glasses, so we had to do it ourselves. Appetizer consisted of 2 gyoza, some noodle thing, and 2 pieces of tempura. The gyoza was not crisp and a little on the lukewarm side. However, the tempura and noodles were ok, so after the first dish we were dare I say somewhat pleased? The sushi and maki was 3 pieces of nigiri (salmon, tuna, and ebi) plus 4 small roll pieces (2 salmon and 2 tuna). Not bad, but not up to our expectations seeing as we were literally on an island so we thought it would be fresher! Then, the main-- I ordered the chicken curry, which was ok but lacked spice and was fairly bland. My friend got the yakisoba, which was the biggest disappointment in my opinion. Sure, the portion size was enormous (the noodles never seemed to diminish), but the seasoning literally tasted like it came from an instant yakisoba package. Yuck! Then, we were asked if we wanted dessert, which was confusing as it seemed to be included based on the description of the lunch special. We said no, because we were confused. Since it sounded like it wasn't included, we didn't want to spend any more money. However, if it is truly included as is implied, they should definitely work on language to ensure this confusion doesn't happen. We went around 14:00 and there were a few other tables but it wasn't too busy. Overall, definitely inauthentic and a bust. While relatively cheap given Ibiza prices, the quality of of the food makes me unable to recommend. read more
