I came here on a night off, to grab some solo dinner. I was not disappointed at all. I had a beautiful cocktail of rum and lime, which tragically I can't remember the name of, but there's a whole host of them that look amazing. I can't foresee any of them being bad. It's like a tapas restaurant of sorts. With the suggestion of three dishes being about right. I had a half plate of cold meats with tomato salsa. A tomato tartare with mozzarella balloon (!!) And shrimp quesadillas. Also two glasses of a reisling white wine. The tomato tartare deserves a solid mention. One of the most beautiful dishes I've had the honour to taste. It was like a full sized sundried tomato, coated in red pesto with a balloon of mozzarella - which when popped, coated the dish... The meats were divine, local cuts. The shrimp dish was presented much more like tacos than I thought - but I walked away happy and full. A wonderful mea

Really fun restaurant. The food was great and the food presentation even better. We ate dinner very early for Ibiza standards (6:30pm), so there weren't many people in the restaurant. The service could have been better, especially since there weren't many people, but I'm from Manhattan and I have to adjust my standards when I'm abroad :) We had a good meal and a nice time. Some of the pictures captured are: Yucca churros, croquettes with paired sauce, veggie plate served on a bust, chicken taco type thing - also good! drinks were: lilac pisco and an alcoholic chai drink. If you like Pisco, you must get the Lilac drink!

My husband and I dined here while visiting in Ibiza. The ambiance is amazing & beautiful, sharp little place. The food was visually amazing and very creatively plated, which we totally appreciated the fusion of ingredients and ideas. Some very new age techniques. The service was wonderful as well. The place serves tapas. So we ordered a bunch and shared. The plates were all visually wowing; however, very different than other Yelpers reviews, I didn't find them uberly wowing myself. To me it was a place to appreciate technique, fusion, and presentation, again very new age culinary methods. They definitely use some very impressive plating and unique presentation methods, which may be totally worth it if you're into that sort of thing.

This is experiential eating. Not for the picky eater. Let your server guide you through some of the more creative options on the menu and you won't be disappointed. We did not have reservations, but they were able to seat us immediately at the bar. Our server was very attentive and the atmosphere is very chic and modern unlike the rustic city surrounding it. We did not do the tasting menu since we were not that hungry, but it would be a great option for someone wanting to experience the menu without making a lot of decisions. The food is also served in very inventive ways like the "dog on a dog". Delicious, entertaining, great service, great atmosphere. What more could you need? Just go.

I mean no disrespect, but the food here is ORGASMIC! The Flavors are ALL THERE and firing on all cylinders! I beeeeggggged the chef for the recipe of the salad dressing on the Lobster salad. The food here was sooo good, on a 2 day visit to Ibiza, I ate here both days. This was the FIRST and the BEST time I have ever accidentally wandered into a restaurant, and loved everything I had on the menu. And i sampled a lot of their menu, bc i just couldn't believe how great the food was. Definitely a place to try.. make a reservation during busy season, bc they are a little small.

Delicious tapas with lots of fusion inspirations. Each plate is a work of art with a fun prop presentation to go along with it. Service is great as well. Daniel, our server, was very cute and helpful. The chocolate and passion fruit dessert is a must. Enjoy!

I'm being totally honest when I say that these are the best tapas I've had in my life. I'm not a huge fan of tapas but when I tried these gastronomic ones I was blown away. The attention to all details in terms of presentation, taste, and texture was meticulous. I saw they had a "recommended in the Michelin Guide 2015" and that just solidified my opinion of this gastro bar as they call themselves. It's really more of a stylish yet cozy restaurant. The prices are extremely affordable with many priced at 5 to 7 euros. In fact, the more affordable ones sometimes are tastier and larger than the expensive ones. I recommend the calamari tapas, falafel salad, huevos and quesadillas. Don't be fooled by the simple names; these are actually quite intricate dishes.

Bubble mozzarella! I popped the bubble, but it was big!

Exceptional service at a reasonable price! The San gria was tasty and the ambiance was perfect for all you're looking for! Make this a stop while in Ibiza!

This gastropub was a pleasure to stumble upon on our way back down from Eivissa. The waiter explained how every dish was crafted and the unique elements of each plate. The food was hands down best tapas I've had in Spain and the presentation was beautiful. I don't think I've ever had such good service, our plates started coming out really quickly with just enough time in between each one to breath a little. Legendary place with amazing food and such classy decor, which was really amazing for four college students who've been living off greasy food in between clubs

We ordered wine and beer by the glass and the prices for the drinks were really reasonable. At the beginning of the meal, the wait staff was very attentive. We typically order a bunch of dishes to share when we're at a restaurant. Overall, the food was good. However, I felt the rice dish was overpriced and underwhelming. When placing the order, we had contemplated ordering a smaller rice dish (for 2 instead of for 4) and getting another dish. The waiter emphasized how small the dish was. We ended up ordering the 4 and not getting another dish. I feel like that was probably the wrong move. We ordered the eggplant taco appetizer and it was delicious. The tortilla was likely prepared in house. It was thicker than a normal corn tortilla but had this awesome consistency. For some odd reason, the wait staff told us when ordering that the order came with 3 tacos. However, when we got the bill, we were charged 3 times. Our server had gone off shift, and the replacement said no, an order is just one taco. While the tacos were great, I don't think I would spend nearly $30 euros for 3 tacos. We ordered some coffee drinks to go with dessert. But those got lost along the way, and were brought out well after dessert was over. I think we actually got them the same time we got the check. We split 3 different desserts. All 3 were phenomenal. Everyone's favorite was the bread dish. It was labeled as a bread pudding in English. I think the Spanish term is Torrijas. It's not really a bread pudding, more like a French toast. Regardless, it was phenomenal. The dessert and the Peking duck Gyoza was the highlight of the meal. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. If ever go back, I'll do things differently. Maybe split the burger, it looked delicious.

There is a posh restaurant and a modest alternative. We could only get into the latter. It's fantastic. In a very unlikely area, but it's a culinary oasis in a desert of fried Spanish food.
