This place just opened and clearly hasn't been discovered yet. A shame, because the sushi is good, prices are reasonable and the staff is really welcoming. Highly recommended, go before everybody else does!

Nope, no way, no how. I have no idea why or how King King is so highly rated, but heed my warning,…read moredear Yelpers and avoid this spot. They get two stars because the outdoor seating is nice (star #1) and our apps were edible (star #2). Once you get past the summer rolls and fried wontons, you're left with a disgusting plate of overpriced sushi that you can't pay for with an "American" credit card. We ordered the King King Crunch and Fire Tuna rolls. Both clocking in at €12 each (about $14-$15) we were expecting greatness. The plate was beautiful when it arrived but as they say, you can't judge a book by its cover. Each roll was buried under a pile of what I can only call guacamole. Weird, right? The fish was not fresh. The rice was way over cooked. And both rolls lacked any flavor. They needed salt, acid, spice... Anything! I have never in my life left sushi behind on a plate and we left over half of each roll at King King. The waitress cleared our half-full plates with no, "Was everything ok?" or "Did you enjoy?" To add insult to injury, when we attempted to pay our €50 bill for sushi that we had about two bites of, we were told they only accepted "German cards," not Visa or Master Card. Huh?! I had to wait at the restaurant while my poor husband walked 40 minutes round trip to the hotel and back to get cash to begrudgingly pay the bill. Ugh.

Amazing. Just amazing. The food here is absolutely fabulous, I just had the best coconut soup I…read morehave ever had anywhere in the world. The udon noodles were sensational and the sashimi was super fresh! We also ordered a roll, I cannot remember the name, but we devoured it before anyone had a chance to take a photo!! The service was also impeccable. Absolutely highly recommend.
