I like their yogurt. My little one and her dad loves it. The service is so-so. There was only one staff at the cashier. I don't like the area. It's a bit edgy and ghetto. But the inside is okay. They can put more effort on ambiance. I kind of feel it was a bit pricey. But it was a delight on a hot day.

I've been coming here for some time with my son. Flavors are usually pretty good, even if it is over priced. However, I don't like sharing my dessert with animals. I love dogs, but I don't kiss them in the mouth like some folks. Well, one of these folks came in and was getting repeated samples for herself and the dog. When I asked the employee about it, she said there's nothing they could do. Really. Yeah, I'm good

This is the closest Yogurtland I live near so I've been here twice in the past week. I don't know why but I have froyo cravings at night. Maybe because I feel like it's a bit healthier than other desserts like cake, donuts, etc. (not sure if it actually is...) I've only been here at night so I'm not sure how it is during the day, but there was never a line. The topping station seems well stocked too. I have no complaints!

I wrote a really bad review about the Century City Westfield mall store because it deserved it.... On the other hand I MUST give props to the VENICE BLVD STORE as it is one of the best around I have found... Clean floors and machinery are very obvious and beyond compare to other stores. Both Jennifer and Julissa have been our cashier/helpers on numerous occations and they most deservedly need to be thanked on here. Perhaps a raise, bonus, and vacation for 2 are in order for both of these gals. They charged 65c per oz and recently raised to 67c per oz... well worth it....I strongly suggest this store for satisfaction on all levels.... Great flavor selection, friendly service and a great place to hang and "chill". BUT BEWARE Stay away from the Century City Mall franchise as the price is almost 3 times higher there!

Do not order through the delivery apps. Buy your yogurt in person. I ordered banana in my yogurt & it came with a side of fingernail clippings. I'm pretty sure the worker peeled the banana and cut it up without gloves. How insanely unsanitary. Will not be ordering or going here again.

I took a group of 14 to this location. Parking is abundant and free! The store is clean and well run. A fair amount of seating, but it's indoor seating only. I'm pretty sure all of you know Yogurtland, so I won't go on and on about the yogurt. It's good yogurt. I'm taking one star off because they didn't have three of my favorite flavors: peanut butter, caramel, and rootbeer. The toppings were well-stocked and the variety was excellent. The service was terrific. Big shout out to Jerusalem. She was super helpful. We were bringing some yogurt back home, but eating ours there. Jerusalem put it in the freezer for us until we were ready to go so we wouldn't go home with liquid yogurt. Nice job Jerusalem!! We rang up a tab of $142.23. They have a rewards program. I signed up online and received a coupon for 3 free oz. just for signing up, and applied for credit for the 316 ounces of frozen yogurt we enthusiastically consumed.

Cant ever go wrong with Yogurtland! If you're looking for flavor and toppings, this is the spot. Nothing too fancy about it but its a safe tasting place to come grab some yogurt on the go or for sit it. They always have about 6-7 flavors and always coming up with more ways to get your taste buds going. The toppings always seem fresh and creative. The interior design is always fun, busy at times of course specially is this California weather but never takes to long to get your fix of yogurt. There is seating inside and outside for all customers, parking can be challenging at times but there is plenty of it around. This store stays pretty clean and the staff is pretty friendly as well. Definitely recommend Yogurtland if you haven't yet tried it for yourself. You can add as many toppings as you want and they have huge size bowls if you need it.

This yogurtland is nearby.. I never havr any complaints with this location! They always stay open until there stated time at 12am.. The ice cream machine always have the flavor as displayed. This is my go to yogurtland!

    three bowls, two friends

Flavors yum!!!!! machine was barkin at me though, kinda loud but kept a nice tempo. toppings popped off, no napkins though.

    Store closed 15 minutes early

Came here with a few other customers at around 11:45pm. When I walked inside all of the machine were turned off and the topping were covered up. I asked the lady behind--Lily was her name--if they were still open. The sign on the door, posting online and the fact that the front door was unlocked lead me to believe that they were. Lily rudely exclaimed that "they have been putting everything away for an hour" and that "they were closed". When I pointed to the fact that online and the door it stated that they were still open, she rolled her eyes and told me "that I needed to leave now". I wasn't the only one rudely talked to and pushed aside, these sweet young ladies came in before me and experienced the same thing! Either change the hours of the business or stay open till the stated hours! Very poor customer service! Word of advice to establishment, train Lily and Rose on how to tell time and treat customers with respect! NOT RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! Waisted a night driving!

Night time is the best time to go because service is usually more attentive. The server had time to share their top picks with us when we went, which were the Sweetie, the Dear Chocolate and Honey Affogato. Our group got all three to try. Honey Affogato: 4/5 I usually go for items with caffeine and I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It was cold and refreshing at first but the coffee tasted a little too bitter towards the bottom of the cup. Dear Chocolate: 5/5 No notes other than, it was perfection. My friend mixed the chocolate well with the soft serve, and she liked the consistency and texture. It wasn't too sweet for her either. She also did not add the sea salt Sweetie: 5/5 The honeycomb "chunk" is chewy and had a more natural taste to it, if that is what you're into! Combined with the lightness of the soft serve, the Sweetie is a solid choice for the people who are looking for sweets that are not too sweet. Overall, this is a great spot for a sweet treat. The area did get a slight upgrade from what I heard - they have a photo booth and the walls look like they've been painted over for a more vibrant yellow. They also sell merch of Honeymee tumblrs, mugs, and of course, local honey jars! Parking is challenging because this location is smack dab in the heart of Little Tokyo Village! The We got coffee and cookies, 2xcoconut pineapple, banana, and dark chocolate. I already have rocky road at home from the other marked up store. At Fosselman's, you can see they made sure it was fully packed that the lid almost couldn't cover it. Love this historic ice cream shop that still charge a reasonable price and having affordable ice cream!! The ambience is very cute with lots of candies for sale. We got some too! Very happy with our experience again! Love Fosselman's ice cream!!

Creamy, delicious ice cream with cute cones!…read more Came here and got the strawberry and taro milk tea swirl in a fruity pebbles cone! The cone had a Rice Krispie-like fruity pebbles edge and it was perfection with the ice cream flavors we picked. The service was quick and their little outdoor seating area is nice! Perfect place for a sweet treat. I'd get the croffle with ice cream next time!

This ice‑cream shop has changed over time, and unfortunately it's gone from being one of my…read morefavorite spots to grab a treat to feeling like just an average ice‑cream shop. First, they swapped out one of their best topping options -- the simple, crunchy cornflakes -- for a rainbow fruity‑pebbles-style topping. For a place that advertises organic ice‑cream, this choice feels completely off‑brand. Those colorful flakes are almost guaranteed to contain artificial dyes and flavorings, which contradicts the whole "organic" concept. On top of that, the topping is overly sweet and has such a strong flavor that it overpowers the ice‑cream unless you're eating a very neutral flavor like vanilla. It's just not a good match. And now, the biggest disappointment: they removed their best flavor, Taro, and replaced it with mango. Taro was unique, subtle, and one of the main reasons this shop stood out from the crowd. Mango is fine -- it's sweet and enjoyable -- but it doesn't compare as a replacement. Taro had a gentle sweetness that was satisfying without being overwhelming. Losing it takes away a lot of what made this place special. Please bring Taro back.
