This place was actually really good despite the looks I'd reccomend if you're looking for some good frozen yogurt in the area. The servers were really sweet and helped us get our topping and checked us out in no time. read more

Lots of toppings and everything you need to satisfy your craving! Will be back. Friendly service.

Great frozen dessert! Yogurt! Kickoff the summer with Yogurt Yeti! Add your toppings

I was really looking forward to trying the yogurt, but unfortunately, I never got the chance. We waited in line for a solid five minutes with no one at the counter. We called out for assistance, but no one came. A young employee was behind the counter when we walked in he saw us but then disappeared and never returned. While I don't place all the blame on the teenager working at the time, I do think this points to a lack of proper training and supervision. The real issue seems to lie with the management. At the very least, the employee should be spoken to, but I believe the current manager on duty should be held accountable with a formal write up read more

Heard good things about this place, I decided to check it out next time I visited Saginaw. I went Friday night purchased a large cup. My selection was actually good, until 3 bites later I discovered my toppings were attached to a long brown hair mine is black and curly. Immediately I politely called and turned around to return. The girl who answered the phone was rude told me they were closed and it was nothing she could do about it, And if they were open she'd "only let me make another one" which would be just fine with me. But since they were closed and she wouldn't be there the next day she couldn't help me. Now I spent almost $17 on two yogurts which would've been fine if I could've enjoyed mine without the additional hair topping In my opinion whoever answered the phone was rude and her customer service was terrible. The lady who served us was heavyset and caucasian. Luckily for me I kept the copy of my receipt took a screenshot of the time I called, and I took pictures of the long light brown hair and a picture of the barely eaten cup of yogurt as my proof. Luckily for me AMEX had no issue with returning my money read more

The atmosphere just feels desolate, the room is just kinda dark and ugly, but the yogurt itself is what you expect and the topping selection is pretty good, and it's affordable, so it's nice if you're just looking for a yogurt fix. The service was unenthusiastic but polite. read more

Good yogurt flavors, huge variety of toppings, friendly service. My kiddo loves it. You won't be disappointed!

Very good! decent price, good location for students, lots of steating, and clean!!!!!

Fair prices, delicious yogurt, and awesome toppings. We went in this evening and the service was great. They were knowledgeable and accommodating for our daughters with nut allergies. read more

Frozen yogurt shops are usually a dime a dozen with minimal toppings and stuff such as pink berry etc just mall food... but this place does it right with a very good spread of toppings and just the right amount of flavors for a fantastic price read more

Amazing. There is a whole wall of flavors to choose from. It's self serve so you can mix as many flavors as you like. Then you get to the topping buffet, where I blurted out, "oh noooo!!!! There's so many!!! I dont know what to do!" Let me tell you, I figured out what to do. I piled on every topping that was delicious looking, including cheesecake bites. I wanted a sugar coma, dammit and I was determined to have one. Add whipped cream and hot fudge, throw it on a scale, and if you can guess the weight, you get it free! read more

The guy and girl working 4/22 at 7pm were AMAZING!!! Super helpful and friendly as a first timer!

Great place to stop by for a treat. Everyone always raves about this place... as they should. There's no other self-serve frozen yogurt place in Saginaw. It's 45 cents an ounce, but a reasonable size will set you back $4-$6. Many good flavors to choose from (personal favorites are Peanut Butter, Cheesecake, and Strawberry) and a whole lotta toppings. Definitely get cheesecake bites if you're a fan. Service was never a problem, and there a lot of seating inside (a couple tables outside as well). The only gripe is that this place is pretty far from me and not in a place where there are many other businesses. read more

Meh. The yogurt here is mediocre at best. I had the Dutch Chocolate and the Sweet Coconut. The coconut was decent. The chocolate had ice chunks in it. They do get bonus points for having cheesecake bites and the topping bar was fully loaded and clean even close to closing time. I wouldn't say this was a bad experience, but not necessarily a good one either. Just meh. read more

I love this place.. the yougurt is really good.. toppings as well.. you have a lot to choose from.. the candy, the fruit, to sundae topping this is the best place to go on a hot day read more

Add some topping first before you put in the frozen Yogurt repeat till cup is full. His way it's pre mixed.

Yogurt Yeti was great. I got mango sorbet yogurt with chocolate chips and gummy bears (I would highly recommend it), but there were about 20 different flavors and what seemed like over 50 different toppings to select from. It's averagely priced at 48 cents per ounce. As a student at SVSU, this was my first Yeti experience, but there will hopefully be many more. A great option if you're in the area and have a sweet tooth! read more

Freaking AWESOME! Cheese cake bites =P yummm. The Common Grind coffee shop in that plaza is A+ as well.

Great experience at this location. The store is extremely clean, the yogurt was good, the toppings were fresh and the staff were friendly. I live in Midland and have only gone to Cherryberry and the difference is night and day. read more

This place is great to get a treat any time of day all year round. There are a lot of different kinds of flavors and a lot of candy's and fruits to top it off. I always leave happy and full of sugar. The people who work are supper nice. They have a lot of different discounts on certain days. Wear SVSU apparel on Thursday and get 10% off your purchase. read more
