What I have found here is everything that I was looking for and so much more! The instructor (Jane) is fantastic, the workout is intense but so much fun it doesn't feel like it, (until later - my glutes are still screaming! lol) I have learned to actually quiet my mind and meditate and I feel uplifted everytime I leave there. Everyone that I have met has been kind and friendly, I would even say supportive of one another in class. It is definitely a no judgment zone and Jane is very gentle in guiding you to a proper position in the silk or pose if on the mat. And btw, I have also discovered that she offers Vinyasa yoga if you are not into aerial or if you enjoy both. You are Yoga -you are my new love!

Before I get into any of that, I just want to state the positive~ I have always felt very comfortable going here, and for a small gym, there didn't seem to be anything missing with respect to cardio and resistance machines. The price is right and fresh towels are provided, which is a great feature. Also, I love the look of the gym~ tons of brick and wood with exposed ceilings. They had the industrial look going before every other place had it too. Over the past year or so, there have definitely been some regressions. At least one or two treadmills are out of order at any given time, and of the ones that do work, some of the buttons do not--specifically, the one that slows the belt ("Jane, stop this crazy thing!")! Also, about half the time, one of the treadmills is occupied by the person who is supposed to be working the desk, and not just when the gym is empty. On numerous occasions, there were people waiting for a treadmill while one or two sat out of order and another was taken up by a gym employee. Are you kidding me? One of the resistance machines has a rope attachment that has been worn down to its last few threads for quite some time, one or two of the TVs have been broken for months, etc. These things could all be easily taken care of and should be. It's understandable that not everything is going to be perfect all the time, but after a few of these things started adding up with seemingly no change, I reluctantly decided to move on. In the past, I would have given this gym four stars, but now I can't see giving it more than two with all things considered.

I joined this gym in Oct/2013 when Lucille Roberts closed its Delran location. Since I am not…read moreathletic and am fairly early in my weight loss journey, I was concerned about going to a coed gym with a dedicated free weights area. I had nothing to fear- this gym has a diverse group of people, and I have never felt judged there. The facility is clean and bright, the equipment is well-kept (and there's plenty to go around). There is a dedicated room for group classes (mirrors on walls, hardwood dance floor) as well as a dedicated spin room. The staff is friendly and helpful and do not try to sell unnecessary services (which has been typical of my gym experience prior to RH&FC). The price, which is moderate, includes great hours of operation, tanning, a variety of group classes, and a free consultation session with a trainer (w/new membership). They also offer a 10-day trial if you are unsure whether it will be a good fit for you.

Everywhere your senses drift, there is something to see, smell, touch, feel even taste. This studio is beautiful and I don't say that too lightly - it is truly a place where magic is invited in. Do you want to lose yourself and find yourself on your mat? Show up, show up as a yes and be open. The class I took is called Everything In, it wasn't easy. You will hold a plank until your arms shake and you will find that just when you want to get out of a pose your transformation begins. So be open to the more. My friend and I are used to a fast flow, so when someone gets you in a plank and leaves you there... you go through the emotions. Question, panic, transformation. Stay. Just stay and welcome in the feelings. Our instructor today was Jewels, she was warm, welcoming, sweet, supportive and genuine. We truly enjoyed her and her savasana was mighty. MIGHTY! I enjoyed this evenings class tremendously! I enjoyed the studio and the vibe. Two mats up to you! Namaste.

I've seen this place all over the internet... Tons of ads to book or follow this businesses page…read moreand so I've been following since 2023. I'm a proud ClassPass member, and I noticed that this business has been offered on the CP platform for well over a year now, with the slimmest availability--Usually the classes will say "notify me when a spot becomes available." So for the first time I saw an open class and was so excited to finally experience this... I have a strict budget around fitness/wellness classes so if it's not offered under my ClassPass I won't participate. Upon booking the poolside sound bath class for 7/7/25 at 7:30pm on a Monday; I invited a friend to meet me there. My friend does not have ClassPass, so I encouraged her to book through their website so we could go together.... Only to wake up the morning of to a cancelled reservation. So I called... No answer. Then I sent a message through Instagram and the owner responded promptly just to tell me that they mistakenly have availability out on ClassPass but do not accept bookings through this platform... How irresponsible?! There's always so many rules in place for lateness or no shows but what happens when the business is on the other side of this? No accountability taken whatsoever. People move things around in their schedules to show up and support businesses like this so not only did I feel like my time and money wasn't valued because "I'm a ClassPass member" but the owner had no remorse for her wrong doing of offering classes on CP to begin with. She was so worried about "filling tonight's class" that she wouldn't even look at the situation for what it was and accommodate us... All I asked was that my friend be either refunded or credited for the class since we couldn't go together anymore. This establishment is greedy! And the owner is very money hungry. I was offered a 50% off discount to book this one time after going back and forth... I honestly feel like it was only offered to shut me up. So I will NOT be using the discount code or supporting this business ever again. Experiences like this are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable; why would I book a class here after feeling like I'm not wanted in the first place? I can't believe them!
