History
Established in 2014.
Established in 2014. A Yoga Alliance and Birthlight Teacher
Meet the Business Owner: Ann W.
I trained at the Bahia Yoga School and Birthlight with over 20 years yoga experience. Previously to being a Yoga Teacher I ran my own research company. A couple of years ago I reviewed my lifestyle and decided to work towards a better balance in my life with my children. I am now running yoga classes through out Nottinghamshire, specialising in Antenatal and Postnatal Yoga as well as classes for beginners.
"I have two young, healthy children but I had a very stressful time with my pregnancies and experienced a number of complications. I believe the tools I have learnt through my Birthlight training and through my own personal experiences enable me to guide women throughout their pregnancy and through their recovery, after birth. "
