You are encouraged to go at your own pace with guidance every step of the way. I especially like the yoga wall where we use belts to help build the strength to do poses. And, the very best, we get to "hang" upside down on the wall. When we were first shown this pose, I was sure I'd never be able to do it. Now it is one of my favorite poses. My whole body feels rejuvenated after this one. There is a workshop coming up (October, 2019) on how to create your own home yoga practice. I have tried this in the past but it did not stick. I am looking forward to this workshop and learning how to do this.

She walked around and corrected movements in poses I thought I knew how to do! So nice to have someone who genuinely cares about the mind and body rather than just leading a class. Will definitely be going back.
