Honestly the sequences are all relatively similar but it's something about the instructors alignment of their music to their sequence that resonates most with me when I practice. I generally do sculpt and so there's more beat to movement but I do love the C2s as well. I was a long time member until I moved out of the area. I would say that this studio gets a 4 star is because the time I attended the most, their heat was broken for a good 3 weeks and so classes were canceled. It made it difficult for a few weeks but also the studios are upstairs then the 2nd downstairs but you can't exit that way, you have to go up and back down to exit. I don't mind a few more steps added to my daily goal but it didn't make much sense. I did appreciate that it was handicap accesible though so maybe that's why.

I think the woman was just used to folks who are pretty familiar with their setup, so she spoke at lightning speed and didn't really leave much room for questions. But once she asked if I had take a hot yoga class before, I was a little puzzled. I have, but I now have a medical condition that prevents me from feeling totally comfortable with taking that risk, so I specifically looked for yoga classes that weren't heated. (You wouldn't believe how hard that seems to be to find these days!) Once she let me know, I had to leave and unfortunately, I never got the credits back from ClassPass. The lack of cooler classes aside, the space was clean and sanitary. It seemed like it could be a nice place for a workout if they had something available that was up my alley.

5/5 stars First and…read moreforemost, Meera has completely revolutionized the way I see and practice yoga in many more ways than one! I first started working with Meera almost 2 years ago (I have been practicing for about 10 years now) when she started offering weekly virtual classes during the beginning of the pandemic. This immediately helped me with my mental health using her unique flows, sometimes it almost felt like dancing, to calm my mind as the stress of my tech job began seeping into my personal life. Fast forward 6 months and I was so happy to join her studio sessions and workshops in person at Yoga Garden where she went deeper into both the physical (offering outstanding adjustments) and mental (through breath work, meditation, and even chanting!) aspects which continued to help improve my overall wellbeing and even got me through some of the most stressful points of my career to date. Fast forward again to today and I'm so excited to have joined her new private 1-1 in-person offering. She has built numerous highly personalized routines and she not only teaches me when we are together but has helped me to build a sustainable self-practice that I use daily. The practice includes a combination of asanas (typical movement poses and flows), pranayama (breath work which has improved both my lung capacity as well as calming the constant chatter in my mind), and chanting (something I had never previously considered and which has allowed me to build more focus into my daily life). Meera offers a style of yoga that I have yet to find anywhere else where she conducts a truly holistic practice rather than the traditional, fitness-forward, style which is exactly what I have needed to enjoy a well-rounded lifestyle. I would encourage anyone looking to experience yoga that goes all the way back to its holistic roots to give Meera's sessions a try. Her sessions and style have flipped standard studio yoga on its ear to the point where it has become a major part of my life and has given me a completely new outlook on how I approach my health and wellness and is something I will absolutely carry on for the rest of my life! 10/10 I would recommend Meera to all ages, demographics, and lifestyles!

I'm sharing this because I wish I found someone like Casey sooner…read more I've had two sessions so far, and both were deeply personalized and exactly what I needed. In the first session, we revisited childhood memories and worked on rewriting the emotional experience I carried as a child, especially not being able to understand why my parents were busy and working (even though they were doing their best with what they knew). We ended with a chakra rebalancing meditation that helped my nervous system settle in a way I didn't expect. The second session focused on my recent grief and the patterns it has been triggering in my relationships. Casey guided me through an imagery meditation where I practiced giving myself the love, safety, and security I've been trying to find externally, and leaving the pain in the past where it belongs. It felt like emotional closure, but also like learning a new way to care for myself. Casey truly feels like a walking hug. She's present, loving, grounded, and radiant. I felt held the entire time, and I left feeling more supported than I've ever felt in a romantic relationship. The biggest gift is that she's helping me learn to provide that same compassion and safety to myself, and heal my codependency from the inside out. She has been one of the most profound people the universe has placed on my healing path. If you're considering working with her, I can't recommend her enough

We've never officially practiced yoga before, so we had no idea what we were doing but Casey was extremely patient, kind, and helpful, guiding us and assisting whenever we needed it. I loved how intimate the class felt. At times, we don't enjoy being around large groups, so the smaller, more personal setting made us feel at ease (and honestly, so much more present ). Casey's studio is incredibly comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which created a calming and welcoming environment from the moment we walked in. I truly appreciated how kind and warm both Casey and her daughter were toward us. Their energy made us feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable to just be ourselves. The moment we got back into the car, my daughter kept asking if we were going to do this again and that alone says everything. This was such a special bonding experience for us, and we're so grateful to have shared our first yoga class here. We look forward to another class soon. Thank you so much !

The employees were very polite and professional. I really enjoyed the work they did because it involved passive stretching as well as massage. As an athlete I feel this is more beneficial to me than receiving a traditional massage. My back pain was improved and my leg muscles more loose and limber when we were done. Jovelyn did a great job and I would recommend her. My wife also had a great massage and was very satisfied at the end of her session with Alma.

I can't possibly write a Review about Ana's studio without explaining my unique situation…read more I'm 36, trim, active, energetic, work full time, and I have 2 kids. During the pregnancy with my daughter a little over 3 years ago, I started having lower back pain. My husband would offer massages every evening, but they did nothing, The ache was still there, and it was steady. Anyway, I made it through the pregnancy and was RELIEVED that the back pain was Close to Gone when my daughter was born. I said CLOSE, but not gone.. There were still those days, those LONG days, when the pain would sneak back up. These were usually when my days were full of walking, maybe at Costco, Ikea, or an amusement park, not to mention my son's sporting events. Lugging the chairs, the cooler, all while holding my daughter. I'd make my way back to the car at the end of those days, literally holding my hand on my back. Kind of embarrassing, I'm young and my body felt like a much older woman. Something just wasn't right. I got TONS of massages, I went to 2 diff Chiropractors, I used a co-workers tens unit, I had X- Rays, I was buying Ibuprofen in BULK and lastly I had an MRI. Why Was I in so much pain!!! The ONE Relief that I did find was STRETCHING. I would literally find an empty cubical in my office, and sit down and start stretching like I was in a yoga class. This Helped, but I couldn't exactly sit down and do my stretching all day. At the end of grocery shopping I would find myself stretching in the checkout line. Laying on the blanket at my son's Baseball games, I WAS STRETCHING. But I had NO idea what I was doing, I was not a professional, I was just doing what felt good. So then I started learning about Thai Yoga and how it IS ALL about stretching. So that's when I went to Ana, and She DID EVERYTHING right. It was private; & I was working at my own pace, doing only what I could handle. It's better than a massage because what was happening was my body was actually loosening up the proper way, from head to toe. Not just 1 day of relaxation, but I was on the path to actually HEALING. That's the best word to describe, I felt I was my body was being put back to "normal". For whatever reason my body had become tense & tight, whatever the cause may be is probably the same for all of us- overworking ourselves, Stress that lead to tension, my body was tight all over, and from years of just not doing things the RIGHT way, my body was paying the price. Going to Ana is Not a 1 time fix, this is not a class, although she explains everything that she is doing. It's something that HELPS ME soo much. No Medicine, NO equipment, just knowing what TO do with my own body to help it to Heal. I go twice a week, and the Benefits are WORTH EVERY PENNY. I am a different mom, a different wife, I feel like my body is good to me again. It's not OK, to just accept aches and rely on a pill, there IS SOO MUCH THAT WE CAN Do to HELP OUR BODIES. I've honestly never wrote a YELP review in my life, But this was HUGE for me... It means that I'm feeling "36" again not 99 years old. My reason for writing this review is because I HOPE that someone else can benefit from this like I did. There is NO BETTER Investment that I've made than investing in my health. She is AMAZING and so knowledgeable about the body. SHE MAKES YOU FEEL SO COMFORTABLE, I can't say ENOUGH good things, honestly I just know this worked for me and I know other people can benefit from this too.

My favorite place to go!!! ALO =)…read more Okay, so I was supposed to leave this review months ago, but here I am. Sorry you guys. I love this location, it's always SUPER CLEAN and VERY AESTHETICALLY PLEASING and these are things I go for. Parking is tough tho, they do have a parking garage but idk I hate parking in their parking garage for some reason. So, I park across the street from the shopping center inside Safeway parking, but you guys are not supposed to do this lol. Anyways, they accept cash and card. They are always fully stocked on items at this location, I have been numerous of time and they have always had everything I needed and wanted this is a HUGE PLUS. I wish I can remember the sales associate that helped me with everything when I was just last there, I want to say her name was BRITTANY, she is literally a gem and super nice/cute. I also met their manager, TAYLOR I believe his name was and he even shook my hand, this spoke VOLUMES to me and he was EXTREMELY NICE. I have to point this out because of a lot of managers are not ever twice nice, or people friendly, let alone want to shake your hand. But he was everything and more and he seemed so well put together himself, ima skin girl girly, and remind you this is from months ago, I went and forgot to leave me review but I still remember how clear his skin was. So shoutout to him!!!! Now, I have to give only one con I sort of don't feel, when I come and I look like a bum lol and want to be in & out. I am not treated as nice or friendly by some of the "pretty girls" they turn into "mean girls" and I really dislike this, we shouldn't treat people let alone your customers a certain way because of how they look when they come in. Please do not profile us, you don't know who we are, what we are going through, and our clothes/looks does not define us as a person or how much we are going to spend in your store because how we look when we come in. But other than this, I love them. But I have to give them 4 stars just because of this. Check them out!

This is the closest Alo location to me, and I've visited many times. Out of all my visits, I've only had one truly great experience - and that was back in October 2025. Most of the time, no one greets me or asks if I need assistance, which is why I end up doing about 90% of my shopping online and only come in-store for returns or exchanges. During this visit, I was quickly browsing and trying things on when a tag must have come off one of the items. I was in a bit of a rush, but I'm always intentional about what I select. The associate working the fitting room never introduced herself and made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being treated with suspicion rather than as a customer. I'm not sure if the reaction was due to my race, the tag, or something else, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. As someone who shops the brand regularly and is part of their "All Access" rewards program - and even gets invited in for personal shopping - this experience was disappointing. I'll likely stick to online shopping moving forward. Alo, there's definitely an opportunity here to better train staff on customer service and how to treat loyal customers.
