The instructor manages the environment to maximal effect: sometimes loud and motivating, sometimes quiet and soothing. They offer all the equipment I need for class. I am really impressed! These are the best yoga and pilates classes I have ever taken. Wendy

Namaste. The light that is in me, recognizes and honors the light that is in you. In the same way,…read morethe Sun that shines upon you, shines upon me. Together, we share a planet, a space, and a breath of life. The purpose of this review is to celebrate you; that is, you are one of the most complex machines on the face of the planet. This is nothing to be prideful about, because as complex as our conscious self is, it is still subject to the moving of our seasons, the rotations of our planets, and the blinking of distant stars. Every day is one where we can be intentional in our movements through IT. Will we be Good? Will we do what is good for our self? Will we strive for intentional growth into maturity in our communities? My spouse and I have popped in and out of this place over the past few years. We love the staff, the leaders, and the community. There is life and vibrancy here. There is acceptance and warmth here. Sure, that warmth may be a yoga studio with the heat turned up to HOT, but it will be a delightful time, to a machine of light. Every drop of sweet will remind you of how we all are but a drop in an ocean; that is, we are distinctly unique but inseparably interwoven. Then Rest. Take that yoga breath. Let the instructors remind you to soak up the day's provided light. Find rhythm, focus, and familiar friends, here. Namaste. The light that is in me, recognizes the light that is within these walls.

I purchased a groupon for 3 pole dancing classes. I went to the Intro class first and had Julia as…read morean instructor. I LOVED how she started the class, made everyone forget about their outside worries and stresses, and make us look forward to what was ahead. The class was great (which is why I hesitate giving only 3 stars). From there I signed up for the Level 1 class knowing I would only go twice more. It was explained that we were to learn something new each time and build upon what we previously learned. The first class was great, and I learned a lot of ways to go down the pole. However, you had to sign up in advance for the class and there were 2 extra people, meaning 2 poles had 2 people on them. For a 1 hour class I didn't love the fact that I had to share a pole, kind of took away from the class in my opinion. Why sign up in advance if they're not going to cut the class at 10 for the 10 poles? (9 if you count the instructor's pole). The 3rd class I went to didn't really add anything more on the pole, but she opted to teach us wall dances. Again, this was a pole dancing class, so I wasn't soo excited about the wall. And the instructor was coming off of being sick and really made that known to us, quite a few times, and it was sort of distracting to the class. This one felt very forced and not as fun as the first two.

We were so excited and a little nervous at the idea of pole dancing. For the number one reason of…read morecourse: it takes some real strength to hold yourself. Luckily for us and hopefully those looking to see if this is worth it. We decided to try something new and just do it! It is totally worth it! The fun we had doing this was overflowing! We laughed, cheered each other on, and overcame. It took a few flops to get it right. But that's common when you are learning something new! I was very lucky to learn four different apparatuses in Aerial Yoga and some pole dancing moves! Coming to Flyfit is definitely a good choice! You just feel so empowered at the end of every class. It makes you want to come back and learn more. Which is exactly what happened to me. I can't wait to show off my new moves.
