I have been to 3 classes so far and loved each and every one! The studio is so clean and welcoming; the colors, the decor, the people, it epitomizes everything a high end yoga studio should be but without the snooty people or high price. There are such a large multitude of classes that Yoga8 offers, that I feel like i can learn something new every time I decide to come. I now attend yoga about 4 times a week. The instructors are genius, especially Kim and Angela. Superb stuff. Truly my life has shifted this summer. I highly recommend giving it a try. There is something for everyone at any level. It is a warm, welcoming environment. So clean. Need I say more?

It is a small building and before you enter the building you have to remove your shoes. The yoga area is one medium size room with no mirrors and a bathroom in the back. The instructors usually sit in the middle with the students on the wall. They have a variety of practices and times available--gentle, all levels, and advanced. They even have a lunch time yoga, which is a nice balance between the gentle and advanced yoga. They also have meditation classes available. The three classes I have been too have been amazing. Particularly the lunch time and gentle yoga. The lunch yoga was a relaxing way to spend 50 minutes. The teacher was very gentle, warm, and welcoming. He offered various options for us and there was never any pressure to look or be like anyone else. I recommend getting to class a few minutes early as the room is small and space can fill up quickly. You do not need to RSVP for class, just check the times on their website and show up. It is a very welcoming place.
