My boyfriend and my housemate also could not resist, and now we have set up a little routine of going to yoga all together a few times a week - it's a great bonding experience! I love this studio for so many reasons. They have an app which makes checking the schedule a breeze, and you can check in for the class online. All of the teachers are amazing and really friendly. The classes are fun, hot, and I always leave feeling 100% better than I did before. The teachers all have fun in their classes which I really enjoy, and a few of them make a point of remembering my name, which I really appreciate! I've grown to love this studio, it now feels like my second home. I'm so happy to have found it and will definitely continue on after the intro period. I love this place! Its big, its clean, the staff are…read morefriendly, the students are lovely. Its one big yoga family! I wasnt sure about the heat at first but now I love it ;) it adds another level for my concentration that Ive learned helps me relax. The heat helps me move, stretch and bend so it really opens up my body-it feels so goood! I wish i could do Bikram Yoga everyday like some people do... The poses are not too complex like youre used to seeing elsewhere- not feet behind the head, no handstands, no 'acrobatic' stuff! Just a great simpl sequence that I see different ppl of shapes and sizes and abilties can all do together. And non of this advanced levels and 10 week courses to try and commit to... The Beginners Intro passes are great as you may need a little time to get used to the sequence, the heat and the different lengthed classes. Just talk to the staff and students and they will help you ;)
