First, it is centrally located which made it very easy for me to get from downtown (around Gay St) to it for their classes. I would also say that the staff (especially January at the front desk) are very warm and welcoming. They make you feel excited to be there and treat you as though you are a regular. The classes themselves were great (if you've been to b3 before, they use the same moves that you'd see in other classes) but there were a couple of things I would love to see from the studio in the future. First, I would love to see cardio and/or strength classes on the schedule like some other b3 studios have (and that they have online). I know this means that they will have to get heavier weights, but I love lifting heavy and missed that here. The second thing that I think would be awesome would be having classes at the same time every day (i.e. a noon class). It seemed like they were training a lot of new instructors when I was there so hopefully these additions will happen soon. Either way, the studio is clean and friendly! The females (2) at the front desk took nearly a lifetime what it seemed to just get me registered for the class. After being late for the class, I attended the class and did not like the way the teacher during class had touched me with her sweat dripping on top of me. I found it disturbing and inappropriate. It was by far the worst hot yoga experience I have ever encountered. I would not suggest attending this business for any yoga experience or service. I have been to many yoga studios, and this was by far the worst.
