The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and got us settled in quickly. Lauren, the nurse, helped us decided on what she needed to help her to feel better and she got started with the IV. Unfortunately, my daughter isn't the easiest stick because her veins are just deep and roll around when they are stuck. Lauren took her time and worked for over 10-15 minutes getting an IV started. Finally, she was able to get her going with a tiny needle. Lauren made sure my daughter was comfortable, turned off the lights, and let her sleep while her IV was running. I can't thank these two ladies enough for giving her such a comforting and helpful experience.
