The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and got us settled in quickly. Lauren, the nurse, helped us decided on what she needed to help her to feel better and she got started with the IV. Unfortunately, my daughter isn't the easiest stick because her veins are just deep and roll around when they are stuck. Lauren took her time and worked for over 10-15 minutes getting an IV started. Finally, she was able to get her going with a tiny needle. Lauren made sure my daughter was comfortable, turned off the lights, and let her sleep while her IV was running. I can't thank these two ladies enough for giving her such a comforting and helpful experience.

Nurse Shara, you have completely ruined my lips. I put my faith, money, & trust into you and disappointed isn't even the word. The filler I had when I first sat in your office was perfectly fine and you manipulated/fear-mongered me into believing they looked bad in hopes of making an extra $500 off of me? Pathetic. I really loved my lips those first couple of months, but as time has passed, the progression of my lips grew to be absolutely horrendous in size, shape, feel & appearance. I only received "two syringes" (or so she alleges to have given me) from her over the course of maybe 3 months earlier this year! Something I found strange, beside the other nonsense, was that I would show her pictures of the EXACT lips that I wanted to build and they never looked like what I showed her. I even confronted her about in at our next appointment and she would say she normally does and even prefers the "bimbo look". Yes she said this verbatim. If bimbo equated to BOTCHED then maybe. Here below I have a photo of my lips currently. Shara, this is nothing short of a malpractice. Even my friends who had payed for your services in the past warned me about your reckless injection practices such as overfilling the lips, coercion to buy more filler, & dismissive behavior when customers confront you about it. I should listened to my gut and ran the opposite direction instead of letting you manipulate me on the day of that consultation. You have left me with weird, lumpy lips, a crooked smile, hard to the touch duck lips, and a hell of a lot less confidence. You have ruined my lips and I would like to be compensated for this. The pictures don't even do them justice. It looks a lot worse in person.

(They offer late appointments, so even if you get off work at 5, you still have time to be seen.) But best of all - the care and treatment you get here is incredible. Before I came here, I visited chiropractors, doctors and masseuses to help relieve my back pain. Although they tried different techniques, nothing really helped. Then my rib area started to hurt, almost unbearably at times, and I was tired of spending time and money on treatments that weren't working. Someone recommended trying a physical therapist. I found Advanced Physiotherapy and made an appointment to see Mag (the practitioner). The first visit was almost miraculous. The pain went down by about 70% and Mag gave me some exercises to do at home. I was actually able to sleep through the night, for the first time in years. After the third visit, the pain around my ribs went away completely. That was three years ago. Now, anytime I have pain anywhere (shoulder, back, etc), I go to see Mag. I point to what hurts, and by the time I leave, the pain is gone. I recommend Advanced Physiotherapy to anyone who mentions they hurt, and everyone always raves about how great their visit went.
