It's challenging, but so much fun, you forget how hard your body is working. The teachers and owners of the studio have created a very positive and supportive environment that makes everyone feel welcome. If it sounds like something that's outside your comfort zone, I encourage you to reconsider. I was in your shoes a couple of years ago and I'm so glad I didn't let that stop me...

Parking was easy, right in front of the studio and the owner was at the desk to greet us and take us back to the aerial studio, behind the dance studio at the front. The owner was extremely accommodating, asking my daughter which apparatus she wanted and at what height. She started on silks, but was also able to practice on hammock and lyra. He even allowed her to play music for an upcoming performance so she could rehearse. The other people at the Open Gym were very supportive-it feels like a great community. If we are ever back in the area and looking for gym time, we won't look anywhere else. Highly recommend!

One of my daughters wasn't sure it was for her at first, but she's since built noticeably better hand-eye coordination and upper body strength. The studio is warm and welcoming, and the music playing while the girls learn on the hammocks makes every class fun. It's something they truly look forward to each week. This summer, my girls also took the business course with Rubi, and it was a highlight. They started journaling, learned creative ways to think like entrepreneurs and earn income, and began talking about building their financial future. We're now planning to join a local vendor event as a result! We absolutely love Rubi and Yolanda, and everyone we've met at the studio has been kind and encouraging. If you're looking for a place where your kids can build confidence, pick up new skills, and have fun doing it, I highly recommend Art Flying Aerial.

The owners are very helpful and accommodating. We visited and got the schedule and our girl came back to the next scheduled class for children between 7-12 years of age. We got to register on site for the class with the owner, Manuel. Parents are able to observe the instruction in a great room with fabrics and silks and mirrors for the class. The very enthusiastic instructor was so warm and encouraging to the children. An hour of instruction with fun music brought the students to a level that they could demonstrate new skills of grasping the fabric, anchoring themselves into basic and then more intermediate positions, all the while getting individual redirection and praise from the instructor. They performed their new abilities and received applause from the gallery. Ruby, one of the family and an instructor, explained that there are adult clients who visit to have restorative stretching and exercise to soothe them after injuries. The attached photos indicate their services. They have a second branch in Palm Springs on Lawrence Crossley, south of the airport and Ramon Road. The prices seem reasonable. We will take our granddaughter again this week. $35. for an hour's instruction. I was so happy to be able to provide her with a birthday gift in an entirely new activity, and she was enthusiastic from the get-go. If you know about the benefits of stretching and restorative range of motion, you will find a new center for supportive instruction. https://artflyingaerial.com/

She keeps me motivated and gives me modified suggestions bc I'm new and can't yet do everything. I notice with every weekly class of hers, I am getting better. I also feel the difference the next day. I feel lighter yet my muscles feel stronger. Try their $50 month unlimited for first timers, it is a great deal! Also the majority of the other students are very friendly and helpful, which I find refreshing in this kind of environment. I think that says a lot about the energy of the studio. Hot yoga is not easy and messes with your mind (or at least mine), but it also makes me feel my mind body connection and helps with muscle brain connection.

She is clearly a practitioner rooted in both the physical and mental disciplines of Yoga. I am a novice, while my wife is extremely proficient in Yoga, and Cheri's way with the class provided a good mental and physical workout for both of us. In many poses/flows/whatever they're called, Cheri will continue the pose into variations that I wouldn't try in my dreams but which challenged my wife. The only thing I would probably recommend is to bring your own mat or sanitizing spray, as the mats that the studio rents out are a little dirty. I did not notice this, but my wife did mention this as the only borderline critique she would have of the studio. That said, we would both highly recommend Go with the Flow Yoga generally and Cheri's classes specifically.

Cathy's yoga course has been a mental health saver during the pandemic. When I shared I was a cancer survivor, and would like to speak when available after work, I got a 15 minute window TEXTED - when I've already shared 3x that I was in the middle of work and asked if we could wait till I was thru. Thank you.
