Terrible representation of this brand. The studio is dirty. They don't wash the blocks ever. The mats are smelly. It's absolutely disgusting. The manager is so rude. I was two minutes late for a class and they refused me entrance on a class that literally had six people in it embarrassing but now we know why there's no one in the classroom! Really really do not recommend this location will not be going back ever. read more

First time taking a class at Yogasix & I have to express how great this community feels. The class was led by Henny who had a gentle approach but also encouraged me to stretch a bit deeper. I enjoyed the Hot class so much that I stayed on for the restore class. The front staff was also very friendly and when you finished each class you were greeted with a cool wash towel which felt very refreshing on my face. I signed up for a 3 class intro to the studio and I can't sign up for any classes online. When I call, I got voicemail and then they calleed me back to help me figure out what was my fault, which was 2 user ids. They said they reset and I am way happier now. I have liked the experience thus far, just frustrated my technology. read more

Always a positive experience going here. The instructors are knowledgeable and will offer accommodations for any injuries you have. For example my friend has a sciatic injury and we have never had an issue with her not feeling accommodated in the class. The facilities are very clean and it is a welcoming environment. read more

Both the Palm Desert and the La Quinta locations are wonderful. I am absolutely new to yoga, and I can honestly say that coming here has been the best experience; it has certainly instilled in me a real appreciation for the practice and the philosophy behind it! I have not met an instructor I didn't like (here), however, May and Narayani are my faves! Both desert locations are consistently immaculately clean + inviting and simultaneously invigorating yet calming. Nice facility. I'm not Mr. Yoga but I liked this place. Was clean and orderly. The instructor was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing, I did not. We did Yoga Sculpt which was more sculpt than yoga but that was cool. My buns hurt for two days after. It was a good muscle sore. I'd go back and do it again, great workout. read more

Be warned they will sign you up for a monthly charge even if you buy a 5 or 10 class pass. They are deceptive and will try to trick you into a monthly subscription. Hello! I'm super new to yoga so this might be good to read if you are too. First, if you are scared to call this place, don't be. Just send an inquiry over and they can let you know what it is all about. I will let you know my feelings after taking 50 classes... My schedule lines up with 3 classes on a regular basis so I know the most about restore, sculpt & flow, and hot. I've taken power and mix but not as much. Restore is a lot of slower movements, which has really helped me through my days of being a baby yogi. You spend a lot of time on the ground (in my experience) and the room is warm. Not HOT but not cold. I definitely break a sweat. I take the evening class and it is really helpful to wind down after long days and lessen some of the anxiety of life. Sculpt is a high intensity workout. It is heated so I feel super accomplished at the end of these classes. I try to take this once a week if I can. It has helped me be able to withstand a lot more physically and it has quickly changed my body to be stronger which is awesome. If I can't do something, I modify the exercise. There is no judgement in here (or any class at Y6) so all levels of experience are grouped together. Bring a mat towel to this class, you will need it. Hot is (I think) the warmest class they offer. It's the same every time so I have started to anticipate the flow. I like that. I got a lot of anxiety going on to this class the first time because I thought it was 150 degrees but I think it is actually 95. It's bearable if you are hydrated. Sometimes I can't keep up at the beginning because I broke both of my wrist bones but I just catch up when I can. BRING a mat towel to this class also. As far as the people there, they are all so extremely nice. Nobody has ever been anything less than full of kindness. They have a few superstar instructors in my opinion, Corinne and Tom, who can make a 1 hour class seem like 25 minutes. Both are very special people. They also have some really great front end staff, Angel and Alyssa, who always ask how the class went and how your day is going. Anyway I recommend going in and taking a look. It's my first experience, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I'm very happy here. read more

The staff and instructors are friendly and their positive attitudes make visits to the studio more enjoyable. Shout out to Jenny for being particularly kind and helpful. The cold towls with aromatherapy that they hand out after class sweeten the deal. The studio is always sparkling clean, including the equipment and again the instructors have been great. read more

I had never taken a class at a yoga six studio before so I thought I'd give it a try while on vacation. Originally I had found a Groupon for this studio but unfortunately it was only good if you were a local. Then I saw on their website they offered a single class for new students for $10, being from out of town I wanted to try the studio to see if it would be a good fit before committing to a class pass. However upon arrival, I was told that the $10 option is also for local residents only. Which was also interesting because there was a sign at the door offering a first class free for new students, for locals only? Anyway, all in all, they do not offer an option for new students from out of town, which imho is a missed market. I am someone who practices daily and I spend a few weeks each year in the area. Moving on... the studio is really clean, and I thought the instructor was good, but he did not cue the poses. He was great about offering all of the modifications but no option to intensify for advanced practitioners. He cued us into warrior 1 in such a way that I had no idea we were supposed to be in Warrior 1, which is why it's important to cue the pose, again, thats just my opinion. I loved the music, but the lights were too bright for me. I also prefer no talking in the studio prior to class start so that I can relax and unwind. read more

I actually had trouble setting up the app on my phone and I called and your staff was so helpful and walked me through setting it up and I was able to book my classes for this week. My first class there was also so wonderful everyone was so nice and very attentive it made me feel very welcomed. I'm so happy I made this decision for myself and my husband. As you walk through the doors which are often open on beautiful desert days, you are always greeted with an upbeat smile, hello and welcome from several of the staff members. I have found they have a class that can easily accommodate my schedule day or night. The entire place is immaculate, neatly organized and very relaxing. Since several different yoga instructors often teach the same class there is a lot of variation, which keeps the routines fresh, exciting and challenging. I have also found each of the yoga instructors to be both approachable and personable. A nice selection of trendy yoga wear for men/women for purchase is on display in the front area. This was our first time at YogaSix Studio, but it won't be my last! We had a wonderful experience: the facility was new and clean with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The class itself was amazing: the instructor, (Alyssa), was pleasant, personable, and professional; she took us on a guided 60 minute hot vinyasa flow journey, (with pleasant music, essence of essential oils, and soft lighting), that left us feeling refreshed, renewed, and reinvigorated! The general manager is extremely unprofessional. Unwilling to help and greedy. Avoid this place!!!! There's other yoga studios who aren't just money hungry. I had to contact customer service to fix the general managers mistake. Then she still refused after it was EXPLAINED to her she couldn't do that. This is a great place for all types of Yoga. The place is always super clean and the instructors are great. The staff that greets you is so friendly. It can accommodate any level of Fitness or types of classes. I was a little late first because they said they only do warm yoga or a few hot yoga classes... I don't like hot yoga . But their warm yoga was very comfortable and I felt like I got a much better stretch. Love this place! read more

I don't recommend it. It's supposed to be a place to relax y calm and they are just worry about money and payments. They want to charge for everything even we have a subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription and they always use excuses. So I was paying for a service that I couldn't use anymore. I understand now how their service works so I prefer to quit. read more

I had my first class today at the brand new YogaSix studio today it was amazing! I have been to many gyms and have felt out of place or overwhelmed because I suffer from social anxiety! So going somewhere I am unfamiliar with imtimidates me. As soon as I walked into YogaSix I was greeted with a warm welcome and guided on what to do so I did not feel lost or wondering what I am supposed to do. The class was absolutely amazing! I retired and moved to La Quinta just as COVID hit. As soon as I felt it was safe I joined Yoga six. It's been around 8 months and I must say it has been the best discovery for me. I love the studio and especially their staff. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. I always get encouragement from them and look forward to seeing them every day. All the instructors are great and they are very caring about your progress. They are there for you especially if you are new to yoga, like I was. I also enjoy the members at the studio, it has become a great social experience, especially after being at home for long. I can't recommend this studio enough and I'm sure you will love it! One thing you need to know it that it is a little warm but you get used to it pretty quickly. read more
