They have a wide verity of drink options, from coffee, matcha, tea and a bunch of kid friendly snacks, bottled beverages as well. They were out of fresh baked items when we went but that is something they do offer. I got a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk it was good not my favorite but there are many other options to choose from, so would try something else next time. Prices are good. They have a cute little boutique as well with some clothing options maternity, and nursing friendly along with some cute t-shirts. They also have candles, mugs, and a few other baby items blankets teethers etc. They also have other offerings short term daycare max of 2 hours along with some different prenatal classes didn't see the fill list I am sure you can find out more on their website. It's a great concept but probably will not frequent as it is a bit far for me to come to but if you live closer and are looking for support and resources and a cute spot to grab a drink and shop. Go check them out and see what they have to offer.

If hot is not your 'thing' - they also offer room temperature classes, so win-win for everyone. All of the instructors are kind and thoughtful, I would say there is a decent spectrum of intensity- accommodating beginners to advanced students. 7:30p and 7:45p classes are currently $5 drop in special days, and the studio offers 2 or more FREE community classes every week! I don't think anyone else in town offers such an inviting deal. I really look forward to strengthening my practice again, and seeing this studio grow. Tip: the hot studio is located in the same building as the iLash sister company- so look for signage. Thanks for a wonderful experience!:)

I went to my first class at Kalm Yoga yesterday. I'm a member of CrossFit Zephyr, which is in the…read moresame building, and as part of our membership we get one free yoga class a week. So I finally took advantage of that perk and am so glad I did! The studio is open for classes now, but their official opening party is September 13th (http://www.kalmhotyoga.com/upcoming-events.html). They are the first NM studio to offer solar-powered hot yoga, in addition to non-heated classes. They also are really trying to cultivate a community and host different monthly events and exhibitions. Over about the past month I've seen the space evolve significantly. There are a couple of offices in the same building, and the Kalms also run a law firm next door. The parking lot is a bit tight, but there is spacious parking behind the building. When you first walk in, there is a cute seating area with couches, local photography, and a coffee bar. They serve espresso drinks, tea, smoothies, and recovery shakes. When I arrived for the 5:45 class with Liana, she was very friendly and got me all signed in (which you can also do online ahead of time). I ended up being the only person in class, but it was awesome! Liana gave me a private session and really went above and beyond to tailor the class to what I wanted to work on. She also provided an aromatherapy towel during savasana and gave me a little neck and head massage. At the end of class she gave me a peach that she had brought from her backyard. Just the nicest Russian lady ever! I was so impressed with Liana, in both her teaching style/instruction and overall desire to make my experience as great as possible. I will definitely be back and can't wait to try one of the hot yoga classes. I may even pay for additional classes outside of the "one free class a week" that's included with CrossFit because I got so much out of the experience. It's a must visit!

I haven't been to any of the regular weekly classes at Kalm Yoga but I have been to three of their…read morespecial events: a Buti yoga class, a Massage Flow workshop and a sound healing session. They have many other offerings that I want to try including essential oils and partner yoga. I love the range of learning opportunities that Kalm Yoga provides besides their regular classes. The studio space is great too. Several of the other studios I have been to in the area are tiny and as soon as you walk in the door, you are in the class space. Kalm Yoga is spacious with a lounge area as soon as you walk in, a coffee and tea bar, a children's play area (childcare can be arranged while you are in class) and restrooms before you get to the class space. In the back, there is also a huge, beautiful outdoor patio. I am not sure if they offer outdoor classes, but I would love to go to one if they did. On top of all of this, the studio is the first solar-powered yoga studio in New Mexico. From what I experienced and know about Kalm Yoga, it seems to be a very community-oriented and consciously aware studio.
