It's clean, has a great vibe, and I always bring something away to think about or focus on with my practice here. Emma rocks. Her instruction has a strong foundational emphasis on core and alignment. Though I enjoy many different types of practices she truly brings me back to my foundations. I went to a Mellow Moment drop-in class which was a yoga-Pilates practice. Our instructor was very good in pacing and offering accommodations as needed and opportunities for more challenge if available. It was a welcoming atmosphere- not heated- great for us who have "power surges" (hot flashes). After the one hour practice I felt energized and flexible. Drop-in rate was excellent($10) and you can register and reserve online. I felt blessed to have the opportunity to tune in to my body's needs in a place far from home.

Leadership/franchise owners are fragile, uninterested in any reasonable standard of customer care, and out to make a buck. They rely on the members and community support but don't show up to value us, when the opportunity arises. Deceptive contract/membership practice. Staff & members that I've observed to be spoken to with sarcasm, condescension and blatant disrespect. Member safety is an afterthought of their bottom line. Not a priority. Paul is no longer a manager at PC Studio, as of Friday, 11/14. But, as out of touch and careless the Owners are, they'll have someone else in that role, that probably isn't as obviously rude & obnoxious as Paul, but with the same goals and standard of disrespecting members as before. It will just "look" more manipulative, I'm predicting. You're only as strong as your weakest leaders, unfortunately. I'm ashamed to have trusted this business, promoting it to others. I'm not a victim in this situation, or in life, but that doesn't mean I haven't been victimized by these shady, greedy, gaslighting bad actors using Club Pilates brand and reputation to twist it into nothing more than a one-directional transaction.
