Once someone finally talked to us, they proceeded to tell us that we didn't have a booking because we booked online rather than calling. They then blamed the owner for not calling them and telling them that people booked online. Another couple walked in after us and were given the same speech. After that they did not speak to us again, so we left and will not be returning.
