After seeing the response that the owner posted to my wife's review, I felt it was necessary to…read moreleave my own review because several of the statements made were simply not accurate. First, let me be clear about one thing. The drinks themselves were good and the bartenders were fast. Our issue is not with the quality of the cocktails. Our issue is with the lack of transparency beforehand and the inaccurate statements made afterward in response to our review. In the owner's response she stated that she was not aware of our request for mocktails until after booking. That is not correct. We have text messages clearly showing that mocktails were discussed prior to the event. After the agreement was made, we were later told that mocktails would require an additional fee. Although we were ultimately not charged, we were told to purchase additional juices and supplies that ended up being unnecessary. We still have the receipts for those items. She also stated that the spill was caused by a leaking sink at the bar. This is another inaccurate statement. The bar that we rented for the event did not even have a sink. The spill occurred at the bar and the cleanup was done using napkins that we purchased for food service. When the bartenders left, those wet napkins were left stuffed underneath the bar and on the floor. We have photos that clearly show this. Another point mentioned in the response was attire. Our event had an all black dress theme, which was communicated in advance. We have text messages showing that the colors for the baby shower were shared before the event. Despite this, the bartenders arrived wearing pink shirts. Again, the drinks were good and service was fast. But when a business publicly responds to feedback with statements that are not accurate, that becomes a bigger issue than the original concerns. Accountability and honest communication go a long way with clients. We hosted a very special baby shower and simply expected professionalism and transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, based on our experience and the response we received afterward, we cannot recommend this company.

They were garnished professionally with adorable party themed trinkets that had guests engaged and they all talked about keeping the cute little extras found topping their drinks. Nice drink flutes, cups, napkins, etc. Her table setup was clean and just perfect! Kaye interacted with the guests and was polite, fun, and professional. I will be hiring Kaye for the next party, because she's the best we've had yet. When guests are talking about the drinks and you see the same drinks in several guests hands, instead of trusting their ole faithful, boring drinks they always order, you know you hired a true professional. Love had no control over anything as she was subcontracted for bar service but took the initiative to check on our food and make sure that all of the patrons that were also waiting FOREVER or dinner were taken care of and checked on.
