I had him mount a total of two 65" Sony 4K televisions, an Apple TV in one room and a Sony 4K streamer in the other room. He concealed wires and added electrical outlets behind each of the televisions to meet code. And when I say CONCEAL, I really mean he concealed all the wires. Everyone who has come over since cant get over how great everything looks. Dmitri is worth every penny and then some. I am beyond ecstatic with his work and honesty and gladly recommend him for a true professional who does outstanding work without cutting corners. I will definitely use him again when my Bose system arrives.

Gio was outstanding…read more He helped resolve multiple issues with my monitor and printer efficiently and professionally, and what stood out most was his approach - calm, clear, and genuinely customer-focused. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, without jargon or unnecessary complexity. Technology isn't anyone's best friend, but Gio has a rare ability to make it cooperate. He troubleshot quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. I'll absolutely be reaching out to Gio again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and refreshingly personable tech support.

Residential network help isn't easy to find so I was just guessing when I called Gio at ITProServ. Basically, I pulled a few people off the internet for Bergen County, made sure there weren't horrible reviews listed somewhere and just went for it. I promised myself that I'd leave reviews so others in my situation can get some more clues. Gio was great to work with. Super nice guy (which helps when you're bringing someone into your home) that got my job done efficiently and effectively and for what I think was a fair price. I think my job was on the small side and I know he talked about some big jobs that he has. I recommend giving Gio a call.

I'll never forget that he asked me what did I think would really impress my Board and after some discussion, he came up with this solution that blew us away. We went completely in with a Crestron system and we have been super happy since. I wanted something extremely simple where any non-tech could walk in and start up their own presentation and that is exactly what he gave us. We're using iPads to control everything from video sources to overhead sound. We got rid of all the cables needed for presenters to plug in and now they're able to present wireless. We added a conference room scheduling system and now anyone can reserve a room from their desk and check availability. Jack and Maria have been very good by us and I can't say enough about the techs. Before you pick up the phone to call them, ask yourself why there is only 13 reviews over 12 years. We have endured this system for 3.5 years and have regretted ever listening to and doing business with Jack and the company. The zero star would reflect the value received, functionality of the product and the attitude.

On 8/24/16 me and my friend came in to purchase a Lumee phone case, the ones that light up on the…read moresides. They had been promoting it on their Instagram for $35 and online it goes for a little over $50. They also claimed that the cases were authentic so I was all for getting one at a cheaper price, of course. Anyway, when we came in a gentleman named Juan assisted us and Showed us the case and how they work and all that good stuff. I was happy with what I saw until he told me they were $45 and when I mentioned the Instagram post he insisted that they were never $35 (see attached picture). Juan also reassured me that the cases were authentic and were cheaper then the online price so both me and my friend purchased them anyway. A day later my friend had realized that the cases were in fact NOT authentic and we had been lied to. Honestly, if I wanted a fake light up phone case I could've easily bought one off EBay or Amazon for like $10 so I was definitely aggravated that I spent so much on something that wasn't real even after being told it was. On 8/26/16 we went to the store to return them and that's when things started going south. Juan was there again and I explained to him why we didn't want them. He said he could take the return but that he could not process it himself and for us to leave our name, number and email address and that we should get the return within like three business days. Mind you, this was a Friday so I'm like okay I'll give it till the Wednesday coming up and we should be fine. Well Wednesday came and went and nothing. I emailed the store and got no response. waited a few more days and still nothing in either of our accounts - going on a week now. Finally I sent another email and the manager called me back. The funny thing is he made it seem like I was being dramatic over wanting my money back. He proceeded to tell me "it's only been a few days and that he's not in the business of stealing money." Excuse me, but a return does not take over a week, I'm sorry. Anyway he said he would take care of it that night which was 9/1/16 - I finally received my return on 9/9/16 which was two weeks after I returned the item. Dealing with the unprofessionalism of this place has been nothing but a headache. Honestly, the truth is that all these 5 star reviews are because they offer you a discount if you leave a good review. I would know, they asked me to leave one when I brought them my iPad to fix in the beginning of the year (review which I've since deleted). & even when I had my iPad fixed their was an issue then too.. Long story short I would NOT recommend them :)

I totally forgot about my iPad until Friday , which I take full responsibility for, but not even a phone call reminder? Weird. Upon dropping my iPad off, they insisted on having my password so they could "check that the screen works". I was hesitant, but did it anyway. I got an email from Apple 2 days later saying someone had tried to log into my account. King tech repair handled this situation professionally and provided me with their IP address to show that this had nothing to do with anything from their office. Coincidence I guess. Either way, this place is very professional and did a great job fixing the screen on my iPad.
