Good texture, rich flavor, and cooked right. I ordered the Pho Surf and Turf XXL. The portion was solid, the broth had depth, and the mix of proteins made it worth ordering again. I left full and satisfied, which says a lot given how often pho can miss on balance. Our server, Han, made a difference. My son ordered the Pho, I ordered the Pan Noodles with beef and Karaage. The chicken Karaage was nice and crisp and juicy. The sauce paired well. My son loved his Pho, we just picked up the veggies.
