It was a short (2 stops on the U bahn from where we stayed) Though it is on a side street, it was NOT hard to find. Just google map it! We wanted Vietnamese food (I am from Saigon, Vietnam originally)....OMG food was so fantastic here!!! So pleasantly surprised, it was better & more authentic than the Vietnamese food in NYC. Who would've guessed, in a small city near Nurnberg, there is such great food. It's a "mom & pop" family owned restaurant. So the own gave us free shots of his homemade herbal/ medicinal wine, it was so smooth & strong, lol I was super surprised & happy. If you are near by....this is a must go pit-stop for food, if you like authentic Vietnamese food. Must order the duck!!!!! A lot of different Thai and Vietnamese options in menu. I had a Saigon Beer, which was OK, as it contains Malt and Rice. I am not a fan of Malt. Normally Thai Beers like Singha is made of Rice.. But still was not a bad choice. Overall the drinks menu was not much to offer. We ordered chicken soup, Chicken kum pao and Duck chop suey. All the dishes were delicious. The chicken was tender and duck properly fried.Overall with all these dishes and beer it cost us around 20 Euros for 2 persons, which was just perfect. The prices are less, but the quality and taste of food was surely not compromised. The service was quick and the lady (probably the owner) was friendly. Overall surely worth going for good food with normal price range.

Ranging from sushi, to General Tso chicken, to Padd Thai, to fried frog legs and so on. But for the picky eaters there is also pizza, French fries and fried chicken. Finish your meal with various ice creams, cakes, petit fours and so on. Included in the price are also the different coffees, soft drinks, fruit juices all except alcoholic beverages, for which you will have to pay extra. "All you can eat" with really good sushi!!!…read more This is not your normal all you can eat place, where you just grab plates of sushi off the running sushi conveyor belt in front of you, while devouring the content as fast as you grab the next one. Instead, you get a huge plate full of different kind of sushi, and once you're finished you can ask for more. The next plates won't be as big and it's always the chef's choice, so you don't get to choose what kind of sushi you want (apart from vegetarian or vegan, you can always ask for those options), but it's a nice alternative to the other sushi places - and I like surprises! =) The price is really low, 10.90€ for all you can eat, including a starter of your choice. It is probably not the best sushi of all times, but it also not bad at all - considering the low price, the quality is really decent and you definitely won't go home hungry. Quite the opposite, I still feel sick because I really had too much!!! (So sick in a good way...kinda...) A new sushi place in Fürth, opened in April 2015 - and I've just discovered it!…read more This place called Do-Ichi is a simple little Japanese place located a little away from the main train station in Fürth. The exterior gives off a nice vibe, modern plainism. The food was very good. I had a selection of sushi consisting of 12 Hosomaki and 6 Cali-rolls. They were nice enough to make me a custom 6 hosomakis with surimi which normally isn't on the menu from what I saw. The prices are very tolerant! The cucumber in the Hosomaki was really fresh and had a great crunchy and juicy texture. They offer a decent menu, and delivery when you request 20€ worth of product. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I'm happy to have found this place! All in all I suggest visiting the place if you want quick sushi either to go or sit down for a break. It's worth the extra walk to get to if you're in the area.
