I went in because my entire back, shoulders, and neck were an absolute mess of knots - turning my head was difficult, my shoulders felt like they were up to my ears, and my entire back felt on the verge of spasming. My session was with Stephanie, and she worked some deep tissue magic. I'm not going to lie, I was pretty sore afterwards but was expecting to be. But 24 hours later I can look over both shoulders with no problem, and my back feels much more relaxed! The establishment is clean and quiet, and the room was dimly lit during my massage so it was relaxing. Our massage therapists Kerry and Sunny were both excellent with their technics and they asked occasion if the pressure was appropriate or if we need anything g changed. They provided hot towel and the room was of ample space for two people to receive treatment and the 2 staff members had enough room to give relaxing and soothing massages. It is located on Main Street unionville and there is parking behind and on the side of the building. I will schedule future RMT appointments and update my reviews. I was told the restaurant is now open until 1:45am. I went straight to the hot tubs and the steam room and was the only one there. By around midnight it got busy so I explored the saunas and knocked out in the theater. Woke up around 6am and went back to the hot tubs where I was once again, had the whole place to myself. They offer complimentary sensodyne toothpaste and Madagascar centella ampoule face wash which I am in love with. After coming here for a few years it still looks new and clean to me. I'm pretty sure I'll be back again.

Brian understands how to take preventative measures when it comes to sports as he is an athlete himself. He has done the iron man, triathlons and marathons so he gave me great tips on how to prevent injury to my upcoming marathon run. I had originally gone in because I had sharp pains shooting down my neck and into my back. I was able to walk out being able to turn my neck without any pain. A day later, I'm feeling better than yesterday as a result of the massage. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and recommend getting Brian. Have been going here several times with different masseuse and enjoy most of their massages. Definitely a relaxing experience and they end up giving you a sweet camomille tea as you pay. Yes, they'll ask if you're okay with 15% for tip but I haven't had an incident where I wanted to change it.
