I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! Laura was even helpful in getting some questions answered for me after the install was finished and emphasized that they would be more than happy to come take a look at anything should I have any concerns.

They were very meticulous in what they did and on top of everything - could not have been a nicer team of young men. I've always believed that staff takes their cue from leadership and at Home Run Coatings it all begins with Mr. Alejandro Vega (aka: "Vega"). Check out Home Run Coatings' website and Facebook posts for a wonderful introduction of Vega and his organization. After I placed my initial call to Home Run Coatings, Mr. George Switzer (aka: "Geep" - Head of Sales) came out and reviewed my particular needs, giving me a very fair price and I, immediately, signed on. Geep is also the kind of gentleman that exudes confidence and trust, quite simply a real "good guy". Geep remained in touch, making sure everything was ready for the installation and he, too, could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. So, did I make the right choice when I selected Home Run Coatings? YES, I did = They have a fabulous team of people and do outstanding work. I would highly recommend them! The polyurea coating is completely gone and the paint chips are dried up and crackled. Called Home Run to ask about warranty or possibly re-coating the area. A rep names Ryan came out to look at the area. I will say that he was very pleasant and quick to respond. He stated that since I'm not the original owner the advertised 15-year warranty would not apply and the only option was for me to pay $2000 to have the patio completely redone. He stated that it looked like a chemical had been applied to the defective area; original owner is my friend and neighbor and she assured me that this was not the case. Only the half of the patio exposed to the sun has deteriorated. The other half is not as bad, but has dulled in some areas. Buyer beware when having this applied to any area exposed to direct sunlight. From what I understand from another neighbor, Home Run is now promoting a "newer, better" product that is less glossy and better for outdoor use. Curious if this change is due to the issue I had with my area.

Chad Caldwell at Elevate Roofing & Exteriors did an AMAZING job! We've had scary experiences in the past with roof replacement (not in South Carolina) but this company and Chad's crew were timely, efficient, professional, thorough and SO friendly! Chad was patient with us when we hammered him with questions and was ALWAYS easy to get ahold of if/when needed. He's from this area (Greer) and made us feel like family. I learned more about roofing than I ever cared to know, lol! But we got a GREAT product with an unbelievable warranty. If you are considering a new roof or need exterior work done we HIGHLY recommend giving him a call!

I went out to Nextdoor and read recommendations and ATD (and specifically, Grant) got high praise, so I called. Grant came out and spent a *lot* of time looking for the problem. He found a few, but wasn't satisfied that he'd found the 'smoking gun' on the main problem so the next day he brought another person along and they looked further, and found it. He provided lots of photos of various things that were going on up there and he worked up estimates to do just the repairs vs to do the main roof. We opted for the roof. They tarped so we were covered until they could come do the job. When he came back again to do some checks he noticed some things on the 'new' part of the house - not surprising given the contractor that did it. We opted to go ahead and redo that part, too, which allowed us to change the color of the whole roof to one that matched the the siding better. So, more money, but better result! The crew showed up at 7 am, worked like maniacs and were done by 3:30. And they cleaned up. Seriously cleaned up. It looks great, couldn't be happier.
