Jason hunted around and found me the best prices possible. He was always responsive when I had questions and going through the paperwork process. Even when my wife crashed my truck when we were working 19 hours from home, he made sure to let us know what we had to do to and tried to as much as he could do as fast as he could. He also helped us sort out what we should do after the fact and advised us on who we should go with to keep our rates low. Soon after, I started my home inspection business and Jason was the first person I called to gain insurance for it and our personal auto and rental insurance for myself and my wife as well (who was with her provider for over 10 years). I've recommended Jason to everyone I know and will continue to do so. He is a hardworking professional who is always willing to lend an ear and advise us on the best options with the most value and coverage for all our insurance needs and happy to call him a friend.

Adria was terrific. Her spot on advice in re: understanding the reality of claims reimbursement…read morewhen using a physician who does not take insurance was invaluable, albeit sobering. She spent time understanding my situation, the market I'm in, etc., and offered advice on how to best approach my physician asking for a reduction off the quoted fee for service. She didn't want to be compensated for this, it was "free" advice. And in this case, I got more than what I paid for. I highly recommend Adria, ideally for ongoing support for your claims and billing management. Bravo, Adria.

When I first reached out to her, I was overwhelmed by the "outrageous" charges from the billing department. Her deep understanding of the health insurance industry was evident from the start, and the results she achieved speak for themselves. I was pleasantly surprised--and immensely relieved--to see a reduction of approximately 50% on my final balance. Thank you for your advocacy, your persistence, and for providing such a vital service. You have made a significant difference in my life, and I will certainly be recommending MedWise Insurance Advocacy to anyone I know facing similar challenges. -Sam Griffith (Not A Bot)
