I want to say all the Kpop bands were represented there. I like being in this store so much. I was able to buy a bunch of stickers and paper cards to create freebies and also to add to my personal collection. It's just the best place, trust me. I get all hyped up with my Kpop love for my bias (group). The place is clean, bright, and the staff is really nice. They are smiling! It's a better value to buy stuff here than the Ktown place, where individual photo cards are like $5+.

The store was full of the cutest items, from luxury dolls and mystery boxes to stationary, pens, stickers, fanny packs, and more that were all themed with cute characters from different brands and creators. I picked up a mystery box toy called Delicious Bunny, a hello kitty pen, washi tape and a few stickers. I loved all of the items. I hung out and chatted with the owner and she answered lots of my questions about items in her store and shared lots of the items are from small locally run businesses. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). I kind of accidentally stumbled into this store one day and thought everything in there was super…read morecute and trendy. I started visiting more frequently and in one of my last visits I asked to return a denim jacket that was just not a good fit for me. One of the girls processed the return and explained she could not give me my money back, only store credit. I told her it was totally fine because I come in often and plan on purchasing more items in the future. She gave me a flimsy piece of receipt paper, wrote $27.99 on it (didn't refund taxes, honestly I don't even know that the process was documented) and she signed it. I left and returned 2 weeks later to purchase items for an upcoming trip. I know I was going to buy a lot of stuff and noticed I'd lost the receipt with the "proof of credit" on it. I approached the manager and explained I'd lost it and asked if she had a different way to retrieve a copy or record of the return and with a huge smile she said "no" and I was basically out of luck. I LITERALLY said "no worries, I understand it was my fault for losing it." I appreciated her politeness and made my way through the store. I went on to shop and purchased 12 different items totaling around $170.00. When I came up to the counter to finalize my purchase, the manager whispered to the cashier. The cashier then said "all these items are final sale! No refunds!" I didn't appreciate her saying that because 1.) they've never said that before and in my 9 visits (they stamp a card for you each visit) I had only asked to return something ONCE. 2.) it was very obvious that she said it because of my question. 3.) I thought MY response to her explanation was very understanding and polite. I was acting in good faith, and it just seemed like she didn't reciprocate. I understood why she couldn't offer store credit and I didn't even make a fuss about it, on the contrary I gave her more business. All that to say, I probably won't visit any more.
