I walked into the store, and was greeted by Richard. He offered me a seat (I was limping) then asked what he could do to help. He checked the coverage area of the address I am moving to, and showed me on the map, the difficulties I would have if I changed from Telstra to Opus. He was honest, polite, and very knowledgeable.
