I'm moving here from the USA and needed help with purchasing a completely new phone & plan. What I thought might be a long, complicated transaction actually turned out to be a quick, pleasurable experience. Kelly, the sales associate, was amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable in regards to all my questions, and extremely thorough with explaining all the best available options, she remained genuinely friendly & patient throughout the entire appointment. Useless staff. Dont contact you when they say they will. Full of empty apologies and no actions. Id steer very clear of them if you can! Telstra in general are pretty useless, these staff members certainly take the cake. read more
