Rcvd order promptly - with one issue - then tried to deal with this issue over phone - unable to forced to use email. then when I HAD to speak to person to resolve issue - again rcvd rude gentleman and had to be quite forceful to get a response to my question. so happy to give it 3 stars - yet attitude and care to customers are my main issue with this business. I like that we can support small business in Australia rather than buy from overseas.. as Im a small business owner myself.

I told him we are a group of 25+ engineers who have done this trip multiple times and have never had any worries. He assured me that in the past he has had troubles with groups of men (the target audience of dirt bike rental might i add) and that i would definitely bring the bike back in pieces. This is why you sign a form saying and damage will be paid for, but i guess ensuring that the bike is totally covered is not enough. This experience was bad to say the least.
