The best he will offer is to redo the fillings and "will probably lead to root canal and crown." I had four fillings done by Nishit and all four failed the following month. I told him when he finished the fillings that when he used the floss it cut the floss. He said it was nothing to worry about and that he would make any touch ups for free when I come in a month later for cleaning. I said ok and brought it up again first thing when I came back for my cleaning a month later. The AI scan of my teeth confirmed the new fillings had all failed. I'm afraid to go back Richardson family dentistry as my teeth or so damaged I'm afraid to smile or take pictures anymore. My insurance was maxed out so I have to wait a full year to find a new dentist that can help me fix the mistakes. If you need any dental work beyond a cleaning. Please beware. I really hope no one has to be put through what I have been put through. The staff is nice and very polite including Nishit. He is just inexperienced with fillings.

I actually first visited Dr. Seely back in 2010 but my insurance changed and she wasn't covered. After many years, I finally got an insurance that she accepted and I went straight back to her. The office is small but in a great location at Preston and Forest. Everyone from the front office staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist and the dentist are great. The dental assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth. She always made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn't hurting me. The office manager went out of her way to verify my benefits to make sure I was covered. When Dr. Seely came to talk to me she just brightens up the room with her personality. A second opinion from another provider confirmed that the crown had been placed incorrectly and would need to be completely redone. I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for corrective care, including a new crown and additional treatment. What made this experience even worse was the dentist's behavior during the procedure. While working on my teeth, he repeatedly changed the music mid-treatment, checked stock prices on his computer, and at one point was shopping for a new dental chair on eBay. This was all happening while I was in the chair receiving care. In addition, he performed all parts of the visit himself--including the X-rays, cleaning, and crown work--with no hygienist present. Not only is this a red flag in terms of practice standards, but it also led to a rushed, chaotic, and impersonal experience that clearly compromised the quality of care. When I reached out to request reimbursement for the failed dental work, I was met with a dismissive and hostile email. Rather than take any accountability, He refused to engage in a professional resolution and instead told me I should "take it up with the dental board." The level of care and professionalism I received was entirely unacceptable. I am now in the process of filing a formal complaint with the state dental board. I strongly urge others to think twice before seeking treatment at this office. Dental work requires trust, skill, and focus--none of which I received here.
